Likes

I liked the environment at my college it's peaceful and happy and can find myself at a good surrounded people.
Students are well behaved and faculties are also good at their work . We have the best and highly professional teachers

Dislikes

There should a type of vibe with the students as the students are not much more interactive with other students of different batches.
Canteen or cafes food should be less expensive
Campus is very large we have to walk distances to reach out of the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Complete fees was around 500000 but with UK domicile or any other domicile it went to 2 lakhs ... Yes many scholarship schemes are there like the girl education etc. fees Is not yet increasing but can Increase in future

Campus Life

My overall experience was great as I learned many more things besides my studies and provided with the best course materials at the library it has all the essential books, papers etc needed for a student.

Admission

I chose this college over other colleges because first of all the affordability of fees it has for doing an MBA and within that the college provided me with the best things I need to see. Admission process is easy and the team helps you all the till the end and make the best to handle the circumstances that are faced

Faculty

Faculty members are friendly and helpful in providing with the best course and study materials at the time we need. They are the most highly educated faculties that we have and all are senior faculties that have a good knowledge and experience of life. Course structure provides the basic to high knowledge of subjects and even besides these college provide basic knowledge of softwares like coding in python , excel , SPSS and many more .

Night Life

There are different kinds of cafeterias available inside the college and late night activities includes tours , fests , and many more . Hostel timings Im not aware of as I don't opt for that. It's not that much safe to roam around at night because the college is situated at the midst of mussoorie it's like 25 km far from the college but still it has the best hangout places nearby all sorts of cafes , restuarants , lounge bars and more.

My experience so far at DBS

Placement Experience:

third semester students are eligible to sit for placements. a lot of companies have visited the campus like HCL, tech mahindra, ICICI bank, infosys etc. the highest package went up to 40 LPA in the digital marketing role whereas avg package was 8.7 LPA . around 95% students were placed on campus. I personally want to pursue PHD side by side after completing my mba from here.

The process of taking admission to the college is quite simple. A student have to fill an online form which is provided by the University's official site. Then after entering all the necessary details you will get admission. The main procedure of the selection is on the merit basis but almost all student got selected require they have their previous result clear.

Admission:

I applied for the college by filling in the detailed application form on the official website. I give the CAT exam but since I didn't got good score and I also had to continue my job I opted for a postgraduate diploma program from this university. UPES is a popular University in Uttarakhand and its distance learning arm offers variety of options in the diploma programme. After approval of my application I was asked to complete the admission formalities post which I got the admission in the program.

Best Management Institute with Affordable Fees

Remarks:

Student life as an MBA aspirant went so good with the faculty as most of them were my super seniors and with friends, I never missed my home. I did though, but in a very short period of time, they became my 2nd family. Along with this, the college had a good reputation with popular brands and organization hence, clear our path in achieving good placement with a better salary.

You can get various scholarships on the basis of your percentile in jee mains and your 12th percentage. It's around 100 percent for 90+ percentile in jee mains and 100 percent for 95+ in PCM in 12th.
