Course Curriculum Overview
My personal specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is for practical knowledge and development. College curriculum prepares us by arranging technical activities which is related to real world just like arranging hackathon or project competition and so on. I would like to suggest that they should improve their theory sessions which need to improve. Frequency and timing of exams are good compare to other colleges. Difficulty level is quite good in sandip univeristy.
Internships Opportunities
Comapnies like HAL, TATA, Mahindra are visitied to placed interns using interviews. Average stipend in around 15k. Projects like biometric attendance, college erp management and may other projects are conducted
Placement Experience
From 5th semister you are eligible for campus placemets( from 3rd year). Comapanies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro , Tech Mahindra and many other startups and MNC's are visited for campus placemets. and 30 students from whole sandip university are placed in MNC's. Highest package of sandip univeristy is 1.3cr and average package is 3.5LPA 20% of students are getting placed My plan after getting the degree is to get placed in top mnc's
Fees and Financial Aid
In Sandip University, Fees are same for everyone. There is no reservation quota. In 2022, I need to paid 110000 RS per year. There is an option of education loan and there is a 3 installments for fees payment. Also college accepts online payments
Campus Life
Techinacal fesitival are arranged alsmost 1 month in campus. Library is quite vast. And available every book that you need classrooms have projectors for better teaching. Air conditioners are there. college arranges a sports event for physical development. Every college in my district visited to participate in sports events. college having a large cricket ground.
Admission
My main motive to choose this college is to developing practical skills more. and this is very benificial for me compare to other colleges. College also provide question banks which is very helpful in examinations. Actually i got very less marks in diploma. I couldn't get selected in any other college but sandip university's management quota gives an opportunity to ptove yourself again and thats why i choose this college. Admission process on sandip university is quite simple. you just have to visit college with required documentation and atleast 10,000 rs fees for admission registration. After that fill required forms and thats it.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is 50:1. Quite good but managable. Faculties are very helpful for academics and placements. Examination criteria is CIA(Continuous Internal Assessment) for 50 Marks. And Final examination is for 100 marks. Best Faculty from my opinion is Mr Avinash Taskar. He is my mentor also for final year project. He provided importnat notes before examination and also encourages for placements. In a single year there is a 2 exams. 1st is CIA and 2nd is Final Exam. And exams are not too much dificult. only 5-6 students are failed to clear exams. Course curriculum is focused on practical skills and developement.
Night Life
college having a gym and cafeterias. also college having 6 canteens. Late night activities are not available as much . hostel timing is 10.00PM and campus timing is 6.00PM Famous hangout places in sandip university are ampetheter near SITRC building
