Adamas University, The abode of learning

B.tech Computer Science Engineering is a course that is way more ahead of it's time. In this age of growing technology, this course is well decorated for skilled professionals. My curriculum teaches me starting from the basics. Audio Visual learning is used and seminars are held frequently. The end semester exams are held near the ending of the semesters. After completion of every unit of a subject, class assessments are taken to evaluate the learnings of the students.

A majority of students are given placements through placement drives. The highest offered package from B.tech CSE was 55 LPA. The lowest package offered was 3.6 LPA. The average package ranges from 5.5 LPA to 12 LPA. The top recruiting companies for B.tech CSE are tech giants like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, Smcfinance, Zscalar, AptEdge etc.

The total fees for my course is 747000. Every semester i need to pay 90000 to my college to appear in the examinations. Admission fees was 27000. I got a merit scholarship of a total 18500. So i had to pay 98500 while taking admission. Fees doesn't increase with time.

Adamas University provides all types of modern amenities. Every department is centrally air conditioned. Multiple high-speed wifi connections are available. Classrooms are well equipped with audio visual equipments. Cleanliness is well maintained. Adamas University has both a Cnetral library and separate departmental libraries. Both AC and Non AC rooms are available in hostel. Security is the highest priority in the hostels. Both veg and non veg food options are available daily.

I had applied to IEM kolkata, The Neotia University and brainware university simultaneously. I chose this college due to the excellent placements. I didn't take admission to IEM kolkata as the fees were really high. Also, i didnt take admission in The Neotia University and brainware university due to their not-so-efficient placements. I took admission directly through an aptitude test at Adamas University. Other students can enter through JEE mains or WBJEE counseling. Overall, I had a smooth admission experience.

Most of the faculties are PhD.holders or PhD. Scholars with ongoing research. Many of the faculties are the alumni of IIT delhi, IIT kharagpur and IIT dhanbad. Teaching quality and method is excellent due to the excellent level of experience. This course makes the students not only industry ready, but also makes them learn how to become a professional in their field. Semester exams are medium level difficult with a pass percentage of 65%.

Nightlife is both secure and mesmerizing at adamas university. Students jog around or exercise around the campus. A well equipped cctv monitored air conditioned unisexual gym is present. Cafe Coffee Day, Baskin Robbins and Nescafe are present.
