Course Curriculum Overview

The comitment of ROI after completion of mba on the basis of facts and figures like data of previous year placements, it makes me very helpfull in descision making for taking admission in college and it also satisfied me

I got the multiple opportunity to get internship in different companies like HUL , Jindal steel on different roles like business development and marketing strategy formulation, that interviews gives me hands on experience

basically it cant be happen because of there placement cell performance and the faculty conections in industry they also provide us the refrences through there connections at the end of the day if you didnt get any placement then collage also provide them opportunity to work with the collage in there marketing team

Fees and Financial Aid

300000 payed per year , which includes of tution fees 270000, admission fees 35000, exam fees 9000,we also can have chance to get scholership according to the accademic performance current and previous evaluation

Campus Life

There we use to live very professional environment lwhich make us to ready for the upcoming challenges in industry after placements along with it they also cellebrate all occation and all relegious festivals

Hostel Facilities

we get a seperate bed with 12 inches mat on it, a personel safe for use, individual table chairs for study, 24/7 electricity power suply , hygiene and nutrions full diet in hostells menu is different according to the days

Admission

This college gives me lot of things in the minimum budget like multiple certification courses from college and different authorised platforms like NISM, SAP, POWER BI and different personality improvement workshops or classes held. Admission is via entrance test.

Faculty

Facalty to student ration is quite good. The programe co-ordinator appoints a set of teaches to a group of students. Under there guidance the students are free to ask and talk about the live project in their areas of interest. Which provide them a exposure to real world projects.

Interview Experience

I faced multiple GDs and interviev, where i face topic like relevence on UN in todays world,is AI can replace the human beings, black shoe and pink lays, on same time after the practice pannel also provide us guidence for improvement in perticuler areas

Night Life

night life of campus is vary safe and secure to all students and faculties, some times they also organizes enthusiastic events in night which is handle by different teams of collage under guidence of expert

My MBA Journey Was Amazing

Likes

I used to like playground as i won many matches there
I like faculties , they were highly supportive
I like the industrial visits also as we have a lot of fun and learning

Dislikes

I didn't like the mess food it was okayish only.
The pressure as there are many classes so schedule is very hectic.

For MBA Global there is a 14 days internal exchange program student goes out of country for 14 days. It provides a strong practical and theoretical knowledge it helps students understands the tipics Curriculam is affilaited with UTU. degree from here will also be government degree

Likes

The campus has decent infrastructure, a library, labs and a supportive learning environment.
Faculty members are helpful, and campus life provides opportunities for social interaction and personal growth.

Dislikes

Placements and internship opportunities could be improved, especially for MBA students.

Placement Experience:

At RIT Roorkee, MBA students generally become eligible for placements in the final year. Companies may offer roles in marketing, finance, HR and sales placement opportunities and salary packages depend on the company and student's skills. The highest package, average package and placement percentage vary each year students should improve their communication skills, practical knowledge and internship experience to get better opportunities. After completing my MBA, I plan to join a good company and build my career in management.

I like the canteen very much. As me and my friends used to sit there and have fun.
Faculties were very supportive. They are very helpful.
I like the hostel common room as i have a very good memories

Dislikes

Sometimes i didn't like the mess food. but it was not that bad
Hostel restrictions , you cannot go out , you have to take the permission from multiple people
Class schedule is very busy. There are so many training

Course Curriculum Overview:

To be honest they focus more on pratical rather then theoritical. W went for many industrial visit, like cocola, iits, parleg and many other 1st half classes are for theoretical and 2nd half for training. I think they should make the schedule little lighter but yes they prepare us for the real world challanges that is for sure/

I have spent the best time of my life at RIT

Likes

I liked the classrooms very much, because classroom was having AC.
A bench in the ground , me and my friends used to sit there.
During my time college focused more on industrial and practical exposure

Dislikes

Some times i did not liked the mess food. It was okayish
The burden of classes. Classes start from 9am and end at 5PM

Curriculum is affiliated with UTU. They are most focused on practial and theoretical They is a lot of pressure that i personally don't like. They uses smart techniques for the teaching. They should give more break i guess, holidays are very less

RIT Days Unforgettable

i liked my campus life especially the academic activities in which we were participated , commercio fista was organised by mba students where we installed our own lil shops in the campus and earned
we went for the industrial visits like mother dairy delhi, SEBI noida, KPMG and our batch got so much industrial exposue in my time
Our classes was full air conditioned and for mba students we have sepration seminar hall also we have incubation cell for the new start ups

Dislikes

strict rules for attendance, it should be 75 percent or above

i have done my graduation in 2024, in my 3rd semester placement was started that time our tpo was rajvardhan sir , i called so many companied in the campus for the placement finastra was one of then, i have cleared 3 rounds of finastra 1st was apptitude, then technical round then PI with HR in delhi office in feb 2024 i have got my offer letter and then july i have joined finastra just after my final exams got over, RIT and expecially members of placement are very proactive about their work , after 1 year in 2025 i went again in rit for the alumni meet my experience in rit was very good

I came to RIT Roorkee from Bihar for my MBA and I want to write this review specifically for students from Bihar and UP

Likes

The campus environment is good and you get students from different places, so you get a chance to interact with people outside your home state.
Faculty support can be good, especially when you are regular with your studies and approach them when you need help.
For parents from Bihar, having accommodation within/around the campus can make the transition easier.

Dislikes

Hostel and college rules can feel strict for students who want a lot of freedom.
You will need to put in your own effort for coding, communication skills, internships and other career preparation. The college alone cannot guarantee a good career.
The environment is fairly structured, which can be helpful if you want to stay focused on your studies.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at Roorkee Institute of Technology are quite diverse, with a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that supports students through resume building, mock interviews, career guidance and recruitment drives. According to the institute’s current placement information, the 2026 batch has recorded placements across different sectors, with an average package of around ₹8 LPA and the highest package of ₹22 LPA. Holistic Review of MBA at IIM Kashipur

Likes

It's a student run campus which means that important decisions regarding students are taken by the student bodies.
The campus is beautiful and lush. The architecture of buildings are well though of made to keep buildings cool during summers and hot during winters.
The campus is very happening. Several cultural events occur.

Dislikes

As the town Kashipur is not very developed, there is not much of metro-city life or such amenities
The boys to girls ratio for core program is 4:1 and the opposite for the analytics program which makes the class interactions disproportionate, It should be uniform.
You can't order food from online platforms here as the city is remote so one has to resort to the options present on campus which turns out to be pretty limited in number and quality.

Placement Experience:

As soon as the second year starts, companies start coming for placements. These include ICICI bank, Wellsfargo, Genpact, Amazon, TresVista, Havells, TVS, Tech Mahindra etc. The highest package goes around to be 40-50 Lacs while average is around 14-15 Lacs. Almost all get placed while the rest opt-out from the process either for off-campus offers or pursuing higher education.
