Course Curriculum Overview

4

I would rate this 3.5 out of 5 as the teachers teach in own each way and they stick to their points but when it comes to practical applications only few give insights as what goes on site as NICMAR is a college of construction management that deals with on site planning.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees was around 16 lakhs for 21 months program and the hostel fees was around 1 lakh for 1 year in hostel.Good environment and batch. And year there was a scholarship programme for the toppers and the environment was good and healthy.Placements were also good.

Campus Life

5

This is the department where NICMAR excels, student activities are humongous. All kind of sports activities intra and inter college. All kind of cultural fests that includes all students of different cultures.Library books are vast.

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostel facility is good.Single rooms are there for boys and double sharing for girls but the rooms are good with all facilities like bed table window chair almirah. One thing is quite awkward in my time there was no jet no hand faucet in the washroom that too western one.It was too difficult.

Admission

I chose this college as i knew the curriculum and placement chances, infact k knew about the student activities too that is very friendly. The process of selection is giving the exam that includes aptitude questions and professional knowledge questions too.

Faculty

4

1:50 is the ratio of faculty to student and faculties are good and experienced they know what to teach and give insights of the practical applications. Mr.Abhijeet Gandage is the best teacher as he teaches to the level of field application . Exam time is good and effective.

Interview Experience

4

There were mainly abstract topics on GD and the students were coordinating with the process. The faculty made sure to wach and every student for preparing them for the Gd Round.Quality circles weere also made to improve the quality of vocal abilities of students.

Night Life

5

Yes you roam around in night within the campus its totally safe. For girls 11 PM is the final time. Hostels are good cafeteria is small but a good one.Gym is good but with limited machines. You can jam around the garden with your peeps.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

College management is not that good, which I felt is need to be improved. making everything student centric makes it difficult for students as well as college to be organised.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.

The university gives you a great exposure to shape up your life for a great future. There's absolutely no racism and everyone is treated equally. This is the only institute in pune where girls and boys are found in almost equal numbers. In fact girls are encouraged to become entrepreneurs.
