Course Curriculum Overview

Good course curriculum It contains classes, praticle seminar, minor project and major project. All exam conducted in my college is controlled by exam cell. As an engineering student exam structure are good for the facing the challenges in the job field.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities are very poor. Only one company (infosys) conducted a job placement in college. Yes college provides internship. Internship are good for knowing job related challenges.

College Events

Tech fest Tech fests are conducted for exhibition of students products, the products.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible because fees structure are designed by government of kerala. So that fees must feasible for economly backwards community also. And that will help each students such that students will face any challenges in job field.

After my plus two education I qualify in entrance exam And I participate in government allotment process. And I got admission in third allotment in college of engineering Adoor. In first two allotment I got admission in college of engineering karunagappaly.

Faculty

Faculties are PhD holders. And there experiences are valuable for each students in the college. Knowledge and experience of facutilies in praticle section are very much help each of the students in college. And they make each students such that students will face any challenges in job field.

Balanced campus life and quality of education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was well structured and covered the fundamental concepts in all details .It included both theoretical and practical learning ,which helped in understanding the subject better .Internal assessment, assignments and semester examinations were conducted regularly.The exams were of moderate difficulty and manageable with regular study.

A bad college with good faculties

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course seems very intresting even though it gives some mental stress. In my opinion syllabus should be a little more oriented And exclude the importance of slogas since it is an unnecessary things to by heart

Remarks:

Infrastructure is very bad and undeveloped. Teaching quality is very poor. Fee structure is very expensive. Hostel facility is good. Food faculty is good. College provides scholarships every year to the eligible students.

An Overview of My College

I had applied to colleges under IHRD which includes the Model Engineering College, College of Engineering Chengannur and College of Engineering Attingal (CEAL) and College of Engineering Adoor. When the results of the first allotment came out, I got into CEAL. I temporarily got admission into that college and waited for the next allotment. I got into the college of Engineering Adoor in the second allotment and I took admission permanently since it was nearer to my place and I also got affordable hostel facilities. Also, there were good and on-time public transport services available. I got into the BTech Computer Science stream in the Merit Quota. To get admission in the first or second allotments themselves, you need a valid Keam score and rank anywhere between 15000 and 25000 atleast. You will be able to get into the merit quota with a good rank if not getting into the management quota is also easy. This is an oldest and well known Engineering College in Kerala since 1995. Initially it was under CUSAT University and by 2015 it was under Kerala Technical University. The Government College of Engineering, Adoor (CEA) is a college in Adoor, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala, India, located 3 km from the town centre at Manakala. It is affiliated with the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and is run under the aegis of the Institute of Human Resources Development, an institute of the government of Kerala. The College was inaugurated in 1995 by the Chief Minister of Kerala A K Antony. College of Engineering Adoor is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
