Course Curriculum Overview

5

I wouls rate the course curriculum as fairly relevant and comprehensive. It includes strong techinical subjects along with practical lab work, soft skills, aptitude, training and even internships opportunities , which help in overall development . However, it could include more real-world projects and updated industry tools to make us even more job- ready

Internships Opportunities

4

The college offers internship opportunities every year. Through Coding Blocks trainers. we get access to multiple courses like DSA with C++,Full Stack Development ,Power BI with excel ,Python and more helping us build strong practical skills.

Placement Experience

3

My university offers good placements. The highest package is around 40 LPA and the average package stays between 4-6 LPA, depending on the course and students skills, there are ariund 70+ courses in our university.

Fees and Financial Aid

In 2023 my fee was 75,000/sem, but with a 40% scholarship(12th marks 80%+), I pay 52,000/sem. My fee stays the same for all 4 years. For 2025 admissions, the fee is 90,000/sem withoout scholarship of the new batch students . Bus fee was 30,000 per year in 2023,and they increase bus fees every year in 2024 it is 33,000 per year and now in 2025 it is 36,000 per year

Campus Life

4

Campus life at Geeta University is lively and friendly. There are active clubs, tech events and cultural activities that keep social life engaging. The infrastructure is modern with good labs, WiFi and clean spaces, making the overall experience positive

Admission

I chose this university because it's affodable and close to my home. The other college I applied to had higher fees. Here, the admission process requires 50%+ in 12th standard , followed by a personal interview with basic general-knowledge questions .

Faculty

4

Some faculty members are highly qualified and teach very well, but a few have only completed their degrees recently(around 2 years ago) and their teaching still needs improvement. The course structure is he same for both semesters: 1) Odd semester-3 theory courses ,3 lab based courses, Soft skills and aptitude ,1 vocational skills and 1 open elective 2) Even semster- 3 theory course, 3 lab based courses, Soft skill and aptitude , 1 vocational skill and 1 open elective and an internship course. The exam system includes a 50 marks Mid semster exam and a 100-mark end semester exam. The marking scheme for the end semester: 10 MCQs(2 marks each) 5 Short questions (6 marks each) 5 Long questions(10 marks each)

Interview Experience

4

Yes, I had an interview with the Pro Vice Chancellor for admission .It includes basic general-knowledge questions related to Indian states , current CMs, governors and a few simple questions to check confidence and communication.

Night Life

5

Nightlife around the campus is calm, but hostel nights are fun with music events, sports group study sessions and late- night bonding. Students usually enjoy cafe visits and walks nearby making the overall night environment safe and relaxed

Other Applied Colleges

Panipat Institute of Engineering & Technology - [PIET] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

I had applied to PIET as well, but I did not opt it because I felt the academic focus was weaker and the overall environment was more competitive than productive

Course Curriculum Overview:

teaching aspect, exam conduction is fine. except they can give more break (1 or 2 day) between exams, rest all is good. The exams are not that difficult. The level i would say on a scale of 1 to 10, is around 6.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I thought I would have a wide range of options to choose from later. This curriculum prepares us moderately I will say. Academically subjects are what we need, but I feel semesters are too short to complete everything. while semester we are like rushing first minor then within a month we have majors. it feels too overwhelming as we have to do subjects like cs gp too. which take a lot of time. then assignments. then lab workbooks are to be completed then we have to complete the syllabus and then minor and after a month only we have majors it is very hectic.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is successfully combined with theoretical learning and practical applications, enabling students to face both professional lives and higher studies. The majority of students enjoy its applicability. The fee is affordable, with B.Tech priced around ?92,500 per annum. Merit-based scholarships (12th-grade marks, CUET, or JEE Main) give financial assistance with up to a 100% concession for good performers. Few details are available regarding fee differentials for different categories (SC, ST, Management). Examinations are held on a regular basis, such as sessionals and end-of-semester exams. Improvement areas include more effective time management in the tests and more concentration on extracurricular activities.

Placement Experience:

You become eligible for placements from the 7th sem itself. The companies which some here are mostly unknown companies, except Flipkart, Airtel, Jindal and Reliance. The placement scenario is as follows: CS/IT : Very good placements, avg 4+, highest(from 2023) was 12LPA on campus. Printing/PKG/Food Tech : 100% Placement, in 2024, 10 students got placed with a package of 9.5 LPA. Core branches(Except ECE) : Decent placement, you have to be top employable in your batch to be placed. ECE : Not allowed to sit in software companies, no electronic company comes, worst placement, No need to talk about the package or percentages. You can just be placed in a sales role.
