Course Curriculum Overview

5

i don't think the course is relevent you should reach your seniors and they will provide you with your the resources you need tahts the best thing you can do the faculty don't even have the idea about placements and even if some one had a understaind so the knowledge is outdated

Internships Opportunities

5

for core branches the internship oppertunity like realy dont exist but the tech and non tech oppertunitys are amazing and you can get ppo also companys google, michrosoft, amazon, all top giants are here you just need to work for these oppertunitys

Placement Experience

5

from 5th semester student become eligible for internship only and after 7th semester you are eligible for placements out of total students applyed about60 to 70 percent gets oncampus placement and rest offcampus is an option those who dont get oncampus placement get offcampus oppertunitys because of the nsut tag so that is an option to i myself get offcampus placement

Fees and Financial Aid

the college fee for my firstyear was 190000 and by follwing years the fee increases like 15000 to 20000 each year and also i want to mention that the fee for perticular batch was alredy predetermined and mentioned at the time of addmission. and the admition fee counslin fee were like 25000 only the scholarship plan was also easy the one provided by college is cvspk scholarship where we get about 50 to 60 percent of the total fee and its easy to apply through our college guidance so based on income like blow 2lpa house income students get the 50 to 60 percent of the fee return to them above 2lpa and below 4lpa get about 25 percent return and so on upto 6lpa house income then there was merit cum scholarship through delhi government which is somewhat complex to apply through government websites but the retun we get there is 100 percent excluding the tution fee so in my 190000 fee i got almost 175000 or 180000 retuen during the end of my first year so students prefer merit cum scholarship also there is this gpa criterion where we need to score minimum of 6.5 of total cpa for merit cum scholarship and 7 gpa for cvspk . with this there are other scholarship like for catagory wise and also state wise also national scholarship but the fact is you can awail ony one scholarship that is you can apply for multiple but will get only one in the end

Campus Life

5

the infrasturcture to campus life every thin was amazing and the social aspects were life changing form myside personaly the club culture wase best way to make great contact and an real world understanding

Admission

the admission process was simple and was through JAC delhi counsling i had options like dtu, nsut, iitd and some iiit's through jossa but the tech culture and the location dwarka were the main reason for me to take nsut

Faculty

5

the facuty is really bad should not depend on them in any way the best faculty i get was Simranjeet sir later he was in the coordination system for us student and was amazing in every way and the only i survive midsem and endsem were main exam other than tmen there were 30 to 40 minuts exam one before mis sem one before endsem

Night Life

5

if you are in campus hostel then there are some restrictions like the timing and even in campus you are not allowed to go to certain places but if you have a flat or pg like me the dwarka itself is amazing and you get the chance to get the full delhi experiance belive me

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Jamia Millia Islamia are not too high or too low and depend on the branch. Students can apply for placements starting from their 7th semester. Big companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and some startups come to recruit. The average salary offered is between 7 to 8 lakhs per year, but there are not many students who get higher packages. About 40 to 60 percent of students get placed. Many students also work on getting into higher studies or look for jobs outside the campus after they finish their degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.
