The Btech courses in this college are now currently under ktu(kalam technical University) syllabus are as per the instruction of ktu.Exams will conduct on time after the semester.In odd semester there will be small sembreak and in even semester you will get 2 month vocation.

Placement Experience

Cet have large no:of placement opportunities.It most number one college in Kerala.The maximum placement her got is 48 lakhs per annum and 40 lakhs per annum by adobe.The college will also provide help for internships.

College Events

There lot of academic events in this college. We have technical event called Drishti which is 3 days long. Which is the best technocal event in south India.And we have Cultural enent called Dhwani which is also 3 days long.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are very less almost 5,000 for 6 month where in private colleges have more than 50,000.You will also get sufficient Scholarship.There is no other hidden fees structure.But you have to pay 10,000 in first time when joining.

E grantsz will get by almost every student.there also other scholarships.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rate are 200 per month expect for food and 1000 for food. No need to pay extra money, you get good food and evening tea will be available.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Admission

You can get admission in college of engineering Trivandrum through kerala entrance examination,to get admission in main courses you should have minimum of 1000 rank in exam conducted by Kerala entrance commission.

Faculty services are average.It is like self-study promoting college. But you can feel free to contact them at any time. And they have well maintained website for enquiries. Do not remember that it is a government college.

Good life memory

Likes

College ambience was too attractive. Friendly atmosphere ആൻഡ് very nice hidden spots and food spots inside the college
The faculty was too supportive and encouragive nature that was also in studies and extra curricular activities also that be very kind of them
There is not only aim to study but also encourage the extra activities. The management was also very supportive to students and also the faculties.

Dislikes

There is very strict to attendence. There was not to bunk the class every hour there will take the attendence and there will be absent they autimaticaly send sms to registerd phone
There is too many exams and assignments that will be little bit problem for students
Canteen facilities little bit bad in my college life time. There was not that much food veriety

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester onwards campus placement taken. There was coming in bcs, infopark, wipro, etc. Companies are mainly appeared and also many other companies came select many students. The main companies take students in cutoff 8.5or9 cgpa. And some other compnies take students they have backpapers.

The college ambiance is good and green campus and plastic free
Lot of plants are trees are situated in the campus
The campus maintain the rules and regulations of the campus

Dislikes

In my course the qualified teachers are not allowed
Very less programmes are available in the college,
The canteen is not well developed and ambiance is poor

Curriculum of my course is good it covers all about the subject and its give a good knowledge about the subject and the teaching method and the hours of a topics also good. But the syllabus is not good for the timely complition.

College has a good infrastructure with big ground for sports events. Our faculties are very supportive to our curriculum activities. But some other facilities we need . To improve their facilities they need more spaces.

Likes

Firstly i likes the campus its very beautiful and naturally buided
Second i love the central library of our college its amazing.
Third i like the infrastructure of our college its perfectly balanced.

Dislikes

I didn’t like the restroom of our college its good not perfect one.
Second I didn’t like the some classroom its very old model.
Third I didn’t like the bathroom structure its not good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculam as moderatly relevent and fairly good .which is one of the main reason i choose this course . And i am very passionate about history teaching method and i want to become a history teacher these was the main reasons i choose the course.

The college campus is not that much big and it's fine for us. There is taking new building and the working is still processing.
Liked the fashion sense of students in college, like in special programme occur in college our seniors are making dress codes and things and which is amazing and look so gorgeous. And the Friend ship and moments are so so good and like they really tt

The raging issue have in our college. And I don't really like that thing in our college.There may seniors get suspension because of it sometimes it's get serious that their parents will come. Its ok if the raging is for some fun and just asking but i
There is a thing that i don't like is that is the juniors can't participate in dance session for programs that occurring in our college. Only seniors are participating for it and also the dressing for some event are controlled by the Seniors. Buuutt
In college facilities there is not that much places for sitting during the intervals. That makes everyone bothered.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The course is available in private college therefore there must be fee. The admission fees for this course is 25000.and for those who take admission by management they want to give 50000.after that there is semester fees, which is 16000 for every semester.Our lab and tuition fees are including in this, exam fee we want to pay on the time of exam. In college competitive our course have a greater fee comparing to others. There is scholarship for the category's like SC, ST. Not know the exact amount of scholarship.

Likes

Better hygeine , clean and peaceful surronding for a student to study.
Extra curricular activities: like sports , arts , quiz competition , cme programs are held for better purpose
Lab facilities are presnet for better teaching .

Dislikes

No proper campus for relaxation and extra time after college.
Building is under construction with workers most of the time.

The curriculum we follow is cbme and they provide with us a better competitive areas and competancy based learning. We have feild works and community works than the collge areas . Will let the student to think out of the frame . The exam that are held in colleges are mostly difficult bout not that difficult that an average peraon can acheive mark if they work hard or give their mind to the subjects.

My experience about my college

Likes

Smart class room is super and magnificent
Wifi availability is inside the campus and fast connection
International level infrastructure drinking water availability

Dislikes

No better placements, very poor placement services
Experienced staffs is less and very few teachers is good
No regular bus service in to college and is very poor

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like electrical and electronics so i choose this course. The curriculum prepares me well in the field. Need Improve in internship field. Need improvement in friendly teaching. Exams are coming so fast we don't get much time for relaxation.. Exams is simple.

Life at CET

This college is the best government college in Kerala. It has been consistently first in KIRF ranking. It has very cheap fees. The campus is very beautiful and spacious (about 200 acres). My best choice of colleges very IITs and NITs like most people. I couldn't crack JEE. I only applied to this college because I had very high ranking in KEAM exam and was confident of acceptance. KEAM exam is a lot easier to crack than JEE. It has basic higher secondary school syllabus. To get my course you would have to be around 700th rank. To get other courses in my college you can have rank as low as 20k....Read More
