Likes

Knowledgeable and skilled professors with years of experience
The campus has very greenery vibes which is very pleasant
The class size of student are small which help in better teaching

Dislikes

No proper lab facilities for biotechnology subject
Very less teacher teach biotechnology as compared to other subjects
Fees is very high as compare to other subjects in the same university

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is quite good in term of relevance. It is well structured and have all the topics covered which are required for Master’s students to know. The subjects are divided which students can choose according to them each semester.

Class Size: 5Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of msc biotechnology is quite high as this is self funded course. The fee is 80,000-82000 per year which is quite high as a government university fees. The fees is increasing after every 2-3 years. This course have less student which make it self funded.

Campus Life

My overall expierence with this university is quite well as i amde good friends and my professor's are also very good. As such there is no club activity use to happen here but you can join various things by yourself according to your interest.

Admission

I choose this college beacuse this is well reputed college and a government university which is always first preference of people. This is different from other college in the terms of students there students from different parts of country come here to study.

Faculty

Faculty members are knowledgeable, skilled and highly professional with there work. Pprofessorare supportive and help you in difficulties. Course structure is similar like other university with having all the topics covered which are required for students. Exam take place twice in one semester and marking scheme is quite fine defending on the type of exam.

Night Life

Nightlife around the college is very good as this is located in between the city and various popular places are nearby which make the nightlife of this pllace qujte interesting. You can bave various food joints and places to hangout with your friends.

There are lot of placement is every department in our university today most of student are alreday have a good job in fsl cbi and police line in forensic science course Evert 5 month our university organised a job fare for all student

Very enthusiastic faculty , impressive publications , some faculty are advisory members in boards liker springer publication
The exposure one gets in the college for entrepreneurial ventures as well as finance is immense , if one as an engineer wants to become a financial analyst , the steps are quite easy and set .
Zero attendance policy is very beneficial

Dislikes

Faculty can take zero attendance more into account . Though there is zero attendance policy there are surprise quizzes which get included in your grade
Living amenties are below average at the end of the day Pilani is a village and one does'nt get basic amenities like healthcare and proper food
the fees is too much for what they offer , there have been strikes but with no positive outcome

Placement Experience:

Students can sit in campus placements starting from their second last semester.Some phenomenal companies that visited placement last year was BCG , Bain n Co . , Jane Street ,Amazon , Flipkart .Also there are many companies /startups which visit for non tech roles like PM / data (Xpedia) and many more .As for the tech and core roles if you have a CG above 8 you will be sure shot placed . Highest packages go upto 2 crores for quant roles since they are highly paid for .Approximately 81 % of the students get placed , I have personally seen students with a CGPA of even 5 get placed a job of 14 Lakhs per annum .My plans after getting the degree are to work in finance .

Advanced study what actually we want in our life
Teacher are well menner and well expert of their subject
Library facility is awesome like book bank and 5 book for 14 days is free

Dislikes

Fee is higher than other colleges of jodhpur
Cricket peech not available for students
75 % Attendance is compulsory for student otherwise exam will not be taken

Placement Experience:

Many companies like ultratech, tcs, tata capital etc comes here every year but they give Placement not more than 30 students, however package is also low like 350000 per month. Highest package gives by ultratech which is 27000 per month only

The staff is very good and nice to talk with. Thery arey very supportive
The campus is very big and good enough to play any game
The teaching faculty ia very well qualified

Dislikes

Campus shoud be a bit more clean and neat
Students should focus on studies not on just wandering in campus
Teachers should pay more attention towards discipline

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have just completed bsc bed integrated course and now want to complete masters so i choose this course. In which I'll complete my msc with physics subject . More practical's should be done instead of theory. our college curriculum is integrated with Rajasthan university

My experience in this college is so fantastic

Placement Experience:

Bachelor and master's students are eligible for placement. Almost 78%students got placement in B.A social science and in many courses.the highest salary package is 35 LPA and the average salary package is 15 LPA. Mostly 80% of students got placement. Many local and well-settled companies visited this college. I am preparing csir net Jrf to became a professor and I want to become a professor in this college.
