Dislikes
- College life can get pretty hectic during project and assignment weeks
- I wish there were more inter college fests and cultural events
- Since the clg is still growing, I would like to see more campus facilities and student spaces added in the future
Course Curriculum Overview
I feel the course is relevant because we are not just studying theory all the time. Along with regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects and problem solving which actually feels useful. It feels like the course is designed to help us build skills that we will need later not just clear semester exams
Fees and Financial Aid
Honestly, I didn't decide after seeing the fee on the website. I first took the NAT exam to see if I would get a scholarship. That made more sense than rejecting the college just because the initial fee looked high. The tuition fee is around 4lakh per year. I got a 50% scholarship through the NAT, so the fee came down a lot and became much more manageable.
Campus Life
Campus life has been good so far. There are different clubs for coding, AI, sports and cultural activities so if you want to get involved you will always find something happening. The infrastructure is also nice, with good classrooms, labs, library and common areas. Overall it's a comfortable place to study and spend time with friends after classes
Admission
I picked this college because I wanted a place where I would actually get to learn by doing things, not just attending lectures. What stood out to me was the focus on coding, projects and practical learning from the first year itself. It felt like a better place to build skills, and that's the main reason I chose it over my other options
Faculty
I like that the faculty is easy to approach. If I don't understand something, I can ask without feeling awkward and they are usually happy to explain it again. They focus more on making us understand the concept than just finishing the syllabus. The course structure feels practical. Along with theory, we have coding, projects, and assignments so it doesn't get boring. I like that we are learning things that actually feel useful instead of studying only for exams
Night Life
Campus life has been fun and comfortable. The hostel is well maintained, and having a gym inside the campus is a big plus because it's easy to fit workouts into the day. After classes most of us usually hang out at the food court, cafe or common areas which have become the regular spots to relax and spend time with friends.
