Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure at IPEC is clear, but it increase slightly every year. In my first year , i paid around 138000rs which included 90000rs tution fees and 5000 admission and registration 25000rs development charge 8000 university charge and around 10000rs for labs and exam A 5000 refundable caution deposit is taken only in fitst year. My second-year fee increased to about 142000rs and th college informed us that the next year will be close to 145000 overall the full 4-year b.tech program cost arounf 5.6-5.8 lakh rs for general category student

Faculty

The faculty at IPEC is supportive and the faculty-to-student ratio is manageable so teacher are approachable most professors teach clearly and the focus on practical concepts i especially liked faculty member like prof. Sharma and Prof. Singh for their teaching style and guidance's

There are no particular groups which you can found, but yet still student form some student portals and clubs which impact student life by getting some attention. And you can directly Talk to teachers about it.

There are several fest going throughout the year. Firstly we have the freshers party (better than private colleges fest, then we have diwali mela in oct or nov , then we have yuvaan in jan or feb, then comes the mighty engifest in feb or march, invictus is also held before engifest, we have inter departmental sports fest, inter college sports fest, and many society participate in iit and nit. classrooms are fully air conditioned. there are many societies and clubs which have achieved so much in the ongoing world. recently the UAS dtu won the second prize at international meet winning a price worth of $150000.

Faculty

the faculty to student ratio vary on department, while the overall ratio is somewhere around 1:32. I like Dr. sameer jain of physics department, he is such a phenomenal teacher with a great experience and his way of teaching is very unique and good. there are two exams in one semester, 1 midsesm and 1 endsem , practicals are held a week before the endsem exams. the level of difficulty can vary subject to subject. the toughest one here is the electrical department, more than 30% student get back in first semester only for this subject

the main fests are held in Feb in whole of du and the best part being that you can attend the fest of other colleges as well. there are others like zenith , diwali mela , winter chimes that keep on happening in between but the main feat montage happens in Feb. alot of books relating to the course as well as others are available and quite accessible in the library. all facilities are available, just lacks ac, also now smart boards are being installed . the clubs most known are enactus , 180 DC and student council . all the societies of JMC are quite active and help alot for the cv. the infra is really nice , with scenic beauty and alot of greenery and parks making the campus life really fun and engaging.

Faculty

the faculties of my course are really nice . the best teacher is reshma ma'am and I think that my ge eco teacher is not very nice , though all bcom teachers are really good , dedicated and explain concepts really well. i do not like the ge teacher because she does not make us clear the concepts and just asks us to answer the questions before even teaching. we have 3 dsc exams and 4 other ge, aec , vac and sec. being in my first sem , I am not quite aware of the difficulty of the exam. the course curriculum is exactly relevant. even I am pursuing ca along with this course and it is quite beneficial.

the facility to student ratio is generally balanced ,allowing all students to get adequate attention in academics.facility members are approchable ,especially during lab sessions ,project hours and designated mentoring hours.many proffesors maintain very good relationship with students and willling to clear all the dowts outside classes as well The course structure follows KTU curricullum which is updated periodicaly to match industry requirements.exams include two internal assessments and an end semester university exams and pratical evalutions. the diffculty level is moderate with students need consistent studies to clear the subjects, the marking scheme is transperent, with weightened divided among internals, assingements and final exams.overall the curriculum is relevent, though subjects could benefit from more hands on components to strengthen pratical understanding

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of Delhi Technological University for my course BTech Electrical Engineering is Rs 11,09,800, which should be paid yearly to the college. The first year fees is 2,47,700 from which 95000 should be paid while accepting seats during JAC counselling and rest be paid after getting admission into it. The second, third and fourth year fees are 2,67,700 ; 2,87,700 and 3,00,700 respectively. As you can see the fees is increasing with year, and is highest for fourth year. This fees ki same for all students irrespective of branches and category. However one can claim many scholarship including some private scholarship and DTU official scholarship programme which provide full and percentage wise fee waiver to students depending upon their category and economic status.

Faculty

Faculty here is very experienced with many of them holding one or more PhD in their fields. Faculty to students ratio is also good, but some faculties are not very good. They detain students even if there is a slight change of it. Even if someone has 74.9% attendance they detain them, but these types of professors are very less, almost less than 5% of total faculty. Some are very good, like they give marks in paper and don't trouble students much but some are very bad. They don't even like students as some students say this. For exams, there are five courses in first semester and one elective course. Out of this five, one is a workshop which has 2 credits and elective has2 credit and rest has 4 credit. Students must complete all the credits to get the degree.

My overall experience with campus life has been positive and enhancing especially in term of social infrastructure and the opportunities provide the personal growth Club environment Our college has limited clubs and extra curriculum groups the existing activity skill offer a chance to explore interesting and develop new skill practising in this club has helped interact with students from different departments Work in team And take part in various competition and events Infrastructure of the college in functional but has areas that could be improved while basic facility like classroom and laboratories are available other essential amendments such a well equipped laboratories sports space and proper June Improve infrastructure would create a more positive learning environment and offer student better opportunity for both academic and co curriculum activities

Faculty

My overall experience at the college has been balanced with the noticeable strength as well as areas needing improvement in the faculty of student ratios around the 1:20–1:30 WHICH HELP MAINTAIN A COMFORTABLE LEARNING MOMENT MOST FACULTY MEMBER ARE APPROACHABLE AND ACADEMIC IS STRONG AND SUPPORTIVE DURING DOUBTS PROJECT AND CAREER GUIDANCE. I PERSONALLY APPRECIATE TEACHER LIKE THE DOCTOR MIRA SHARMA, FOR HER PRACTICAL TEACHING STYLE IN NUMERICAL SUBJECT, AND MR. RITU VERMA FOR HELPING THE STUDENT APPROVE THE COMMUNICATION AND INTERVIEW SKILLS HOWEVER, A FEW FACULTY MEMBER HAS FAST FACED TEACHING METHODS OR OUT LECTURE MATERIALS WITH SOMETIME REDUCE STUDENT ENGAGEMENT. THE COURSE STRUCTURE IS WELL DESIGNED COMBINED CORE SUBJECT, while the most of the curriculum industry is relevant, if your radical subject could benefit from update, the exam system include internal midterm final exam and assignments exam are more difficult through some time, technical subject. Write for making the journal fair but varies from the teacher to teacher campus life is active and interactive offering good social exposure the girls to boys ratio roughly 40 ratio 60 creating a balance environment, placement and decent satisfaction, guidance internship, and job preparation the placement support and still be improved

Course Curriculum Overview

I would take the courts curriculum as highly relevant and moderately comprehensive. The curriculum was one of main factor, influencing my decision to choose this course as a efficiently balance or academic subject, practical application and skill development, subject, covering both theory and hands on the components along with the project and session provided a strong foundation and motivated to purchase this course the curriculum prepared student well for real what application by including case of studies project base learning on the presentation and internship the activities encourage problems, solving critical thinking, and timber major essential for the professional, environmental additionally and enclosing elective subject allow the student to specialize and gain knowledge in areas aligned with their career goals, making the course adaptable to different professionalism pathway to further academic studies

The faculty to student ration is around 25 to 1. Faculty student relationship is very good, they always try to help you with everything, solve your doubts in every way possible, even you can communicate with them via whatsapp if you have any doubt during exam season. There's no such specific faculty which I like, every faculty of our department is nice. It will be my first time giving exams as I'm in my first semester but the internal tests were quiet easy

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 17850 in my 1st year, and examination fee for 1st semester was around 2000 rs. The fees structure of my college is not that high, it's like very affordable. I'm not sure about the fees of my batchmates but the fees of general category remain same and it is less for reserved categories. There are many scholarship opportunities available in our college which even waive off the fees of students.
