Kingston University Admission Procedure

  • Application: All the UG applications can be made through ‘Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS)’. The PG applicants need to apply through the University course page.
  • Application fee: There is no application fee for PG courses. The UG applicants need to pay some application fee for UCAS depending on the course chosen.
  • Application deadline: June end for international applicants.

General requirements: Completed application form, academic transcripts, and English proficiency certificate.

  • Additional requirements: Birth certificate, passport copy, 2 references (at least 1 academic reference), resume/CV.
  • English Proficiency Test: International students need to demonstrate English proficiency through IELTS and score minimum 6.0-6.5 and 5.5, respectively, for UG and PG level of study.

Kingston University Financial Aid 

International students may seek financial aid in form of scholarships and bursaries:

  1. International Scholarships: An amount of £2,000 is awarded for the 1st year of study to students with ‘overseas’ fee status.

  2. Loyalty Bursaries: Returning international students are awarded 10% rebate on their tuition fee for higher studies.

  3. Faculty Scholarships: The constituting faculties offer range of scholarships to the students that covers partial tuition fee.

  4. External Scholarships: The external agencies fund these scholarships, which include Chevening awards, Marshall Scholarships, Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan, and Fullbright Awards Programme.
