- The faculty should ratio a very good and the teachers teaches very well and they have a great responsibility and demanding power of the student they teachers very well and they understand us like their own son
- If you have a good % in your 12th you will get a good scholarship for your fees.
- Campus life is fun with i guess the best cafe in all of doon one of the best rooftop cafe and other amenities also good .
Dislikes
- The hostel facilities are not so good in my opinion but it depends on person to person.i don't like hostel because of many restrictions but there's always a way to do things.
- The staff doesn't have a good communication amang themselves which leads to poor effectiveness ratio between faculty-to-student which impact the experience of student whether it's related to college or the leaarning experience.
- There were internship opportunities, so many, but the only problem was that we were being asked to pay for every internship and i personally wasn't ready at all to pay for the internships and henceforth i did not choose any.

Placement Experience:
The placement performance of the college for the mechanical branch is not so praiseworthy. There are only a handful of companies that visit the college for core mechanical jobs. As a result, only a few students get placed in mechanical jobs while the rest either opt for jobs in software companies or prepare for post-graduation.
However, the placement situation is better for CSE and IT branches with a large number of software companies and startups visiting the campus each year. With the Covid situation in place, the placement scenario looks even bleaker for mechanical, electrical and electronics branches with CSE and IT branches still expected to see good jobs.
I started preparing for MBA during my final year to have a backup option if I didn't get a place anywhere. However, I was able to ace both the placement and the exam in the end.

Students become eligible for placement after the 6th semester.
Companies like Ashok Leyland, by jus , Wipro, cognizant, Infosys, nine leaps, etc come.
Highest package of 9 LPA by a trident.
Approximately 80% of students get placed for sure.

Placement Experience:
The students of the 6th semester are eligible for the selection criteria of the campus placement. The major companies that visit are TCS, Adobe, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys and many other which help all the students to get placed and are the mass recruitment is very good and help all the students to get placed. The highest offer made is more than 20 lakhs and the minimum package is about 3.5 lakhs. The students getting placed are more than 90% and most of the students who are left are off. Well, my plans are to go to higher studies for more knowledge.

Placement scenario is pathetic of the college with 80-85% students unplaced. I was one of the lucky ones to get placed in mass recruiters. Companies like Infy, Wipro, Cognizant visited for IT profiles. Just one company for mechanical, electrical. Adobe, Ashok Leyland were dream companies there.

Placement Experience:
From the 6th semester, the students are eligible for campus placement.
Companies live Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, Google, Tesla, Tata, etc. These companies take many students.
Amazon was the highest giving package in the college. It gave a placement of around 25 lakhs.
The average placement of the college is around 8--10 lakhs. Infosys is the company which takes the highest number of students from our college. All every student gets a chance to appear for the interview. Wipro also gives the student a nice amount of sum.
Around 70 to 80 percent of students get placement in our college. Many students get the chance to choose the company in which they want to work.
My plans are too many. But the most important is to take a nice and well big placement from on campus..

From 4th year students become eligible for campus placements. A large number of companies have visited the university for placement it's difficult to name them all. The highest package was around 30 lakhs given by amazon. Around 80% of students get campus placement easily. I want to be a software engineer after completing my degree.

Campus placement is very good. Many opportunities are provided to students and the selection depends upon the skills and talent of the students. The placement for Computer Science is great. One student has multiple offers.

Remarks:
It is the famous private university. I wanted to pursue btech computer science and with my score I choose dit as it was placed in main city of Uttrakhand and also very popular amoung students. It was established in year1998. Infrastructure is very good and buildings are very attractive.

I choose this university because it was very popular private university in Uttrakhand and most of my school friend and seniors were admitted in thi university and it has good infrastructure and good placement rate in computer science branch.

My friend is a final-year student at DIT University. Since the university is a private one, everything is simply in your hands.
The following points are based on her experience at the campus:
- Campus: The university has a good environment. You can enjoy the sterile hilly scenic beauty from the windows of the class. All this might even distract you from the lectures going on while studying.
- Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and would definitely help you out in any way possible. As per my friend, there are only a smaller number of ‘not par’ teachers, but they were average. Most of the faculty members are well qualified with good experience in their respective fields.
- Extra-curricular activities: Right from the freshers’ party till the farewell, you will get countless opportunities to perform in front of the audience and showcase your talent. You can join college clubs, be a part of them and bring out new ideas. The clubs aren’t very active and you’ll be free most of the time you stay here.
- Placements: The placements were good this year. My friend got placed in two companies: Infosys and Wipro. For the CS branch, the placements are very good. Infosys, Wipro, Cognizance, TCS, Adobe, Amazon, etc. are just a few companies in which the DIT students have got placed.

Apart from this, the hostels are really neat and clean with good infrastructure. Food available in the mess is also descent. People often miss the place and the college once their studies finish here.
