KIET University Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are very good in our college. from 6 semesters onwards placements are started. Many renowned companies like Amazon, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Accenture Capgemini etc are visited every year and around 1600+ job offers are made every year. The highest package is 44 lakhs by amazon and the average package is 5 lakhs. Around 90 per cent of a student of our college gets placed some opt for higher studies as well. My plan is to work in a reputed company as a software engineer after getting the degree.

From the 5th semester student become eligible for campus placement and no. of companies visited are amazon, Adobe, Accenture and Wipro, etc from which highest packages are 44.14 LPA and lowest package are 5lpa and approximately 97.5% of student gets placed

From the 6th semester , students become eligible for campus placements. Big MNC as well as product - based companies like - Amazon , Microsoft, TCS, IBM , Infosys , etc. The highest package recorded this year was around 44Lpa and the average around 5Lpa . From a computer science and information technology , background around 80 - 85 % of student got placed and from core branches around 70 - 75% of students gotn placed . My plans are to get placement only and not think of higher education right now.

The students are made very well trained in the 5th semester itself and they are eligible to seat in the 6th semester. There are many big companies like amazon adobe HCL and more than 200+ companies and the offers are plenty for the students. The highest package this time was of 43Lakhs and the average of 6.6 lakhs. Almost 100 percent of students get placed.

From the 6th-semester end companies starts to come to hire students. Both service-based and product-based companies visit our campus while the rest is in students' hands whether they are able to grab the offer or not. The placement percentage for this year is 80-85%. The highest package offered this year is around 44lpa while the average is around 5lpa.

Big companies service-based as well as product-based visits our college like- Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, IBM, etc. The service-based company provides a stipend of around 15k-20k for a month while the big product-based company provides a stipend of around 60-75k for each month of training.

A lot of companies come every year and almost all the students are placed every year. So Placement percentage here is about 98% and the average package is here of 64600 which is for the computer and branches and for the core branches it is quite less

Term exams are easier than semester exams. They are quite good and scorable. Passing the term exams is not tough. It is easy to pass. Most of the questions are from the class notes and from the textbooks.

I Choose Electrical & Electronics Engg. Because it is one of the most preferred branches in today's era. It has a great placement opportunity in our department 100% placement in the previous two batches. Faculty: faculty helping in nature and having 10 years or more teaching experience most of pursuing PhDs.
