- The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
- The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities
- The courses are very good as they probide a vast selection of them.
Dislikes
- There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
- Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.
- Teachers are not good in teaching they are also bad behavior.

- teaching was good as the professors were well educated
- behaviour of the professors were also good some were friendly some were not
- some of the college professor become like our parents
Dislikes
- the behaviour of college administration were not so good
- behaviour of some of the watchman who were allotted to our college were also not fruitful or good to students
- some of them get threatened from the gate keeper which should not be done
Course Curriculum Overview:
the course i selected was great experience as i choosed the subject Geography as major subject and also it helps in some of the technical field and also experiences many practical which feels like real life job. there are many more option of making the subject more technical but till now that's doesn't happened in our college. our college exams are organised within 2months of every semester.each semester organise 2 exams one with 20marks and other with 100 marks

- The college canteen because of that bad taste of food

The curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course because of stitching classes we have to suffer difficulties for examination because of the time bet6the sessional and final is only 1 month

- Campus life is good. Good social interaction between students and teachers

- One of the negative thing in gauhati university.. head of department understand problems but not given quick response.
- One of the Most important thing is course payment is very high amount.. most of the students suffering from this problem.
- Gauhati University can also provide much more placement
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose psychology, because I interest that field.. and also improving my skills in that field. I am an integrated master's degree student, in that semester examination are good and little bit difficult.. overall the the questions paper is good. Atleast got pass Mark's.
Teaching methods is good and understanding course.
The frequency and exams timings is not much more difficult..

- College campus is quite huge and the beautiful campus creates a positive vibe
- The students association is of the best and active supportive to the students

- The hod of maths department Mr Mishra was not so much familiar or friendly
- Campus placement in Darrang College is very very rare
- College love birds creates a sence of jealous to me and my single friends

I opted for this course because I wanted to prepare for competitive exams like apsc and upsc . The college offers many educational classes like online session with posted structures explaining the facts

- We have ac classrooms , projectors in every class and advanced computer labs
- We have a large playground and various sports are played there
- We have various events and programmes in our college
Dislikes
- Some teachers are rude only the HODs are rude
- The building is very old as it was establish in 1977
- The parking area is very dirty and full of nails and rocks
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have passed 12 th with commerce and BCom is the key to success for a commerce student
Our curriculum encourages real learing and working internships
Less no of subjects can be a good part for the course

- The quota system, and the assignments and practical given in the short time before exam
Course Curriculum Overview:
The assignments and practicles should be given time to time.
Also the professors should use a common language during teaching, so all the students could get it properly. And exam timing should be improved.

- The college has some great professors who hardly cancel classes
- Professors are so determined to let students improve that they take remedial classes till late in the evening
- Another thing I like about our department in particular is it's continuous efforts in conducting PTM twice every year to involve parents in their child's learning journey
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is not upto the mark as in it's NE first women's college and considering that the college has nothing
- Fest, events are not conducted properly which makes college life a little boring
- Being a women's college hygeine is something that matters the most and they hardly clean the bathrooms

Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is well balanced and structured providing theoretical knowledge. It's all based on the new education policy 2020. However, I do believe it needs ratification in some aspects.
Also, it does prepares us for real world applications and ofcourse it'll help students like us in the long run because of increasing competition.
I feel rather than pressurising students teachers must put real life examples into account.
Moreover exams must be conducted properly time to time with proper gaps in between

curriculum is their,you can do whatever you want, because their is no 75% criteria ,so you can give Time to other things also ,for self development and improvement , one thing is that breaks are their between classes

- the college also lacks in digital tools and digital gadgets
- There must be some kind of practical activity for all fields of students

The course curriculum is very good many things can be learnt from the course
we can find a lot of case studies and projects in the curriculum which again is a bonus point for our practical knowledge for ourselves.

One of my friends graduated from Gauhati University. According to her, it’s a decent university.
Faculty: The faculties are dedicated. They may seem strict at first, but you can approach them, regarding your problems.
Curriculum: The course curriculum is up-to-date. You can even follow the syllabus for various entrance tests.
Classes: Classes are held regularly. The institute is also strict regarding attendance.
Co-curricular: Different co-curricular activities are held around the academic year.
The environment on campus is great for studies. The university has been accredited with NAAC A grade. Overall it can be a great place to pursue your studies.
