DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

If I talk genuinely our college's placement is good because lots of companies came for placement and they give good offers like if I talk about previous year placement, 25 companies came they offered 89 seats for civil branch and our class strength is 140 so I can say that it is good. And highest package for civil is 90,000rs per month and lowest is 35,000rs

There is a no match for the College placements in terms of DTU the date Delhi technological University provides you with the best opportunities for the placement the average the average packages for the upper branches like computer science and it is like 25 to 40 lakhs per annum and for my my course electrical engineering the the median packages start from 13 like and it goes up to the 25 lakh you can have a very good amount of package here just come here and believe me you will have a very good experience in terms of the placements just keep in mind you need to have a very good GPA

Placement culture is very good internships are great and easy to grab. Average package is also very good for specially cse around 24LPA . A lot of companies come to recruit and also in the bad days of IT sector placements do not stop. Approximately 70% of students get their desired placements. My plan is also to get a good placement initially and work in IT sector for 5 - 10 years.

The placement of last year was phenomenal. The highest amount offered in CSE was 1.8 crore whereas for ME highest job offered was 1.09 crore. The average was 13 lakhs per annum. Off-campus employability is easy as the name of DTU says it all.

from 7th semester students get eligible for campus placements. Every big giant visits DTU for placements google, microsoft, apple, blackrock etc. and more that 85% students gets placed in campus. The highest pakage as for 2023 was offered by palatir of 1.7cr per annum and for domestic is of 83L and total number of offers were 2400. The average pakage of the college is 16Lac for 2023. and 85% were placed on campus. My plans are to pursue higher education.

Placements are the main factor for which students choose DTU. Here average package is around 15lpa and average of tech branch is 24lpa. Around 350+ companies visit DTU for recruitment ecery year such as Amazon Google Microsoft etc. Around 80% students got placed every year , rest opt for govt jobs, masters, startups,etc.

For B tech students : Placements in DTU are rising annualy. Highest packeges offered to tech branches (like Coe,IT,SE,MAC) around 82 lpa and 1.2 cr ( international), whereas the avergae package is around 25 lpa for the above branches. While in core branches (like ME, EE, CE , PE ) the annual package varies from 7 to 11 lpa. Out of 1600 ( approximately) 1450 ( approx ) were placed, whereas rest of the students go for higher studies or prepare for exams like CATE, GATE, UPSC , CDS etc. My plane is also to take placement in a core branch gain some experience and then apply for other companies.

The course end curriculum at Dtu is generally well regarded with a practical learning and industry. The university has a diverse range of programs across engineering, science management and humanities, providing the student with opportunities to explore various courses and specialise in their area of interest.

Placement rounds usually happens during final year and internships rounds in 3rd year of college,by 8th semester companies starts hiring students from the campus, the pay is overall very average for core branches while it is quite good for the tech branches. In total 919 offers made which were above 10lpa in the current year for tech placements. The highest offer last year was around 1cr which was an international offer and average offer would be anywhere around 7-10lpa. Lots of kids also ho for higher studies too while I am thinking to get into tech sector after the degree.

DTU has a very good placements in engineering but if we talk about east campus its very poor. Students mainly focus on postgraduation like MBA and prepare for competitive exams like cat, cmat, gmat , cuet pg etc
