Mumbai University Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students are eligible for campus placement from 4 trimesters. There are more than 300 companies that are visiting campus names like, Nestle, Deloitte, EY, Schindler, Reliance, lots more and one good thing about welingkar the placement happen in umbrella form so it's not restricted to branch. Last year the average package was 9 lakhs and the highest is 15 lakhs. About 90-95% of students get placed. After completing my degree my planned to get a job.

Students are eligible after 6th semester for campus placements. Many placements like ICICI Bank,HDFC bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDBI Bank, etc. Mostly I had till now observed many students gets 100% placements with brilliant companies and bank institutions.

There are a lot of placement opportunities provided in MNC's as well various other companies such as ITC Limited, oppo, Technicolor, IndiaMART etc.I got a placement in Property pistol int. Pvt ltd with 7.6 lakhs annual salary package.

the tpo has given plenty opportunities for the students every year and tthis year it was way more than any year companies like tcs,wipro,cap gemini, infosys, media dot net and many more startups average package was 5 to 7 lac and highest was 17 lac this year

A placement cell has been set up by the college which offers various companies and MNCs to conduct recruitment drives on the campus every year. The college offers entrepreneurship to students who are looking forward to their own start-ups. Various internships are planned throughout the learning years for the students so that their resumes are more effective than others.

You will get internship opportunities in the first year itself. The college also conducts industrial visits but for the last two years, it is not possible. You can get placements in the third year or even permanent placement after the internship earlier if the company has provided. The college also provides post-graduation degrees after your bachelor's degree.

The curriculum for the IT course covered most of the topics required to be learned. Also, the faculty is very supportive and student-friendly here. They provide guidance to each and every student and help them in growing for the future. They teach us in a very innovative manner with advanced technology.

The reason behind choosing this course is because I like Biology as a subject to learn more and more about life science and mostly in the field of zoology. The faculty and students ratio is quite good here it's like 8:120. The faculty here are highly Qualified. They are Ph.D. holders and their knowledge and experience are so awesome and the teaching-learning experience is too good here. The teachers are always ready to solve doubts and help you out. They also guide us about our future endeavors. The terminal examinations are on time always without any delays and questions asked are moderate here as everything is covered in the class students can pass the exams.

From semester 7 the students are eligible for sitting in placements. Infosys, TCS, prime metals, burns and McDonnell, torrent, Capgemini are some of the companies that came to our college. 50% of the students are placed and many even go for higher studies.

I have chosen BMS because of my interest in management and also this is a very demanding field with huge scope. Faculty members are very student friendly and supportive. They play a big role in shaping one's overall personality. They focus on each and every student and help them to excel in life and studies too. Teaching is up to the mark with advanced technology.
