Likes
- The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
- I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
- I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.
Dislikes
- The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
- Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.

Remarks:
Last words about this university is that this University has positive things more than negative, not only if you to see critically also if you see normally. The campus environment is best as everywhere you will see greenery and cleaniness. As these are very important for a better growth and focus and also gives a hope for the better future.

Chandigarh University is a great place to be in. I don't think this University deserves any bad comments. Every good comment is less for this University. Whether it's academics or sports or other field, this University stands out.

Chandigarh university is the best university for those students who want to focus on both acedamics and extracurricular activities. It's very rare to find universities in which there is encouragement for power lifting and boxing for both boys and girls. They even hosts international festivals which is very rare to happen in india.

Theinfrastructure of the college is amazing.the college is very very big.Tge management of the college is not up to tge mark.it needs time and talking about faculties, they are least experienced and also the strengh of the college is aroud 30000 and only 2 big authority are their to look after the students welfare i.e the department of students welfare has only 2 big authority to look after 30000 students. Moreover 75% attendence is madatory if u are able to maintain your attendence u will be debarred and have to pay rs8500 for each subject.College is very far from Chandigarh around 30kms so those who want to join CU should not consider Chandigarh as location.Gharuan is the prper location of the college. This was a mistake made by me and lots of students who have taken admission here. The name of University is Chandigarh University but ist really far from Chandigarh.

There is no any negative thing. Some students tells that attendence is negative point here at leat 75 percent attendance is compulsory but they students who tell that is a negative thing can they tell me if the issues of attendance is not here and attendance is not compulsory they how many students came for classes. And the university provides you better opportunity to placement then if have to follow the Corum of the university and follow rule and regulations.

The things which I personally really don't like about the college is they are more focusing in attendance, not roming outside, student will not allowed to leave campus before 12pm whether they'll have class or not they'll have to wait till 12 to go outside the campus. Sometimes security guards torturing students just for their own fun but thank god admin is quite strict.Any complain resolve with in an hour from department of student welfare.

It's neither the best nor the worst, there's a good side and bad side of everything, so if by luck you came here just remember these few tricks to "survive" here:
-Never skip the classes for the first 2 months, be regular.
-Always submit your assignments and other stuff on time as these are the marks in your hand.
-Never get late.
-Always remember to carry your ID card lol. This one's a MUST.
