- The quality of campus I described has vices also it spread in almost 1000 acres so you have to walk almost 2 or 3 km daily to get toyour building if it's far depending on your course and you have to carry heavy laptop e-rickshaws are available but co
- The faculty we had I did'nt like their teaching methods to that extent I mean you're paying a lot of money for this course but if faculty is nkt that impressive what is the point only one tacher was good of carrer planning
- The girls boys ratio is almost equal in all aspects and thing is outside the campus there a literally smoking shops and lot of students are influenced by that and I have heard some drug cases too surrounding so be careful while choosing your friends

- the best thing at our campus was we can can explore various things cause there are various of department are there like dance academy, singing class, guitar lession , batminton filed, theater,crafts,swimmimg coathing etc.
- advanced class room with every possiable facility, the mentor meetings, the environment , library, lab etc. hospital facilitty , indoor play station , unimall where u get what ever u need, also the food court there is subway and ccd in university.
- the exatra classes, curicular activities, behavior of teacher are always good . no matter how many times you asked question they always replay, as well as the university always been in contact with parents. therapy was free if u need it.

- the backlog system that hold back the students. if they consider about it then it will be great.
- fees are too high in some of the courses

- LPU online platform is designed to provide students with easy access to our professor who offer mentorship and academic help.Students can learn from live sessions , recorded videos, and ebook , there are also interactive discussion forums .
- We can also enroll in other programs offered by university like for improving our personality , prepared for career like for interviews and all. We also get placements offer on our LMS (platform for our studies).
Dislikes
- As I take online course we face issues with accessing course materials connectivity problems during live sessions or glitches with the learning management system. You can say that the 40% times LMS is not working .
- Despite offering live sessions they don't provide us that tlive session recordings if we miss out the live sessions there are no recording of that.

- The gender ratio is fair. you will get lots of people coming from different backgrounds and parts of India, International students are also their
- environment is not that much pressurised so it's always a good vibe to stay in the college, plus great library

- faculty could be updated to be more practical rather than just bookish knowledge, they teach and just read the ppts
- placements could be better, placement policies are not student friendly; they also place majority of the students in low package companies or sometimes they bring companies for the role of SWE then make the students do sales work
- administration and management taks could take upto long time to be completed and you would have go and ask them regularly so that they proceed with it, otherwise they forget and leave your concern

- I loved the behaviours of our seniors as they are very cooperative and friendly in nature
- The campus is very large and too good I really have a nice memories here.
- The ratio between boys and girls are not that much different I think 3:1 approx.
Dislikes
- Management is okay i had faced many difficulties when I was a fresher here.
- The whole university is totally veg. There's only 1 non veg food court.
- There are many internal costs of course (MOOC course) which was not told while taking admission.

What is your review of LPU faculty and campus life?
I was a student at LPU, and the campus life is very cool and calm for the students and faculty members. The university has great faculty members for every department with excellent teaching skills and experience.
LPU placements are top-notch, and various top recruiters who visit the campus are Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solution, Intel, Hilton hotels, ICICI Bank, Flipkart, Asian Paints, TCS, Air Vistara, HDFC Bank, OYO Rooms, Colgate Palmolive India Limited, and Samsung Electronics Ltd. The highest package offered was INR 54.9 lakh for mechanical engineering students. Computer Science Engineering students recorded the highest CTC of INR 54.7 lahks.
What is your review of the BPT department of LPU?
From my point of view, joining LPU for the BPT course is a good decision. One of my friends has completed her BPT course at LPU, and she was telling me that after completing her BPT course, she joined Fortis Hospital, Mohali, as a lab technician on a very good package. After completion of the BPT course, the highest salary package offered is 8.4 lacs, and the average package offered is INR 7.2 lacs. Hospitals like Fortis and Mohan Dia Oswal, IDS Infotech, and many more are the top recruiters.
What is an honest review of LPU based on user experience?
Being a graduate from LPU, I found the campus life quite joyful as everyone in the university is supportive. I liked the following things about the University:
- Students get success in placements based on their learning and skills provided by the University. The University trains the students to grab high-quality job offers.
- LPU receives numerous companies for placements, although only a fraction of students secure high-paying offers, partly due to the large student population.
- LPU's campus can accommodate its many students, with classes divided into manageable sizes for effective teaching.
- The university's popularity is high due to its large student population from different regions of India.
- LPU offers international exposure to students from foreign countries, enhancing language skills through interaction.
- LPU maintains a strict anti-ragging policy and provides a secure environment with extensive CCTV surveillance.
- Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited on campus, reflecting the university's policies.
- LPU provides a platform for personal growth and learning, although it may not suit those solely focused on academics.
- Online resources supplement classroom learning, addressing potential gaps in teaching quality.
- The university offers generous scholarships, making education more affordable for students.
Can I get an honest review on LPU University placements in engineering?
I am a BTech Mechanical graduate from LPU. Here is an honest review on the placement scenario at LPU (in engineering)-
The placement scenario is poor for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. Few companies visit these departments for placements, and hire a maximum of 5-10 students in total. But if someone knows basic coding, they can sit for IT placements.
Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the CSE/IT departments for mass hiring. Very few core companies visit the ECE department for recruitments, so the students rely on IT companies. A mere 40/50 out of 1000 ECE students get hired by an Electronics company from the campus. The IT companies mass hire students at a CTC of around 3.5 LPA.

What is your review of Lovely Professional University?
I completed BTech CSE from LPU back in 2016. You might say that LPU has changed since then, but I am still in touch with my juniors and here is my experience:
- Placements: More than 550+ MNCs and startups visit the LPU campus for placement. In recent news, Yasir M., student of LPU, grabbed an offer of INR 3 crore in Germany. The highest CTC offered for the engineering programs at LPU is INR 42 LPA.
- Scholarships: People might think LPU is pricey since it is a private colleges, but LPU provides scholarships to bright students with good academic records, good track record in sports, or extracurricular activities. LPU also helps students in the education loan facility.
- Research: In terms of research, Stanford University has ranked almost 13 LPU faculty members amongst the top 2% of scientists in the world.
- Faculty: The faculty members are from top institutes like IITs, NITs, IIMs, and top-ranked universities globally.
What is your review of Lovely Professional University (LPU)?
LPU is a good private university known for its placements and excellent career opportunities. I enrolled in the B.Com course at LPU. Overall, my experience at the LPU University has been mixed.
Starting with the application and admission process at LPU, the university conducts LPUNEST to grant admission to various courses. You just have to register on the official website of LPUNEST and the applicant can attempt the exam conveniently at home in a remotely proctored mode or at any test centre of your choice. The LPU application fee is INR 1000 for Boys and INR 500 for Girls.
Once the student is finally admitted to the university, he or she has to attend the orientation sessions held at LPU for the respective department. After the induction programmes are over, classes are held regularly, and students can also apply to join various clubs and societies. There are about more than 18 student organizations available with a total of 10,000+ members engaged in different activities at LPU Jalandhar.
Talking about placements, LPU invites top MNCs to hire students across multiple courses. The highest package at LPU is usually in Crores and offered to B.Tech students. During the recent placement drive, the highest package for B.Com at LPU was INR 18 LPA and around 350 B.Com students were selected by 200+ recruiters. Some of the companies that visit LPU are Wipro, Bosch, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, etc.
LPU Curriculum is updated with the latest technologies and students undergo various types of academic sessions. If any student wants to initiate a startup, he or she can also get seed money from the university after submitting the proposal.
LPU Campus is huge and you will not be able to explore the entire university in one day, to be honest. The university has numerous facilities, like an ATM, a Salon, Food Quotes, a Mall, a 6-storey library, sports complexes, etc.
Students can also choose to stay in LPU Hostels while applying for admission. Overall, I found LPU as an apt choice to pursue higher studies.
