- One of my senior got placed in Couch Base for 34LPA CTC another got placed in Unilever for 42LPA but this was for CSE and related branches while few of my seniors got decent package from mechanical branch too 8-12L in companies like Mercedes a Euler ~ Anonymous, B.Tech
- FFCS. A study who is facing difficulty to study more, can take less number of credits and it will reduce the burden of the students. And the student can also Complete the entire course in 4 years instead of 5years by taking maximum no of credits. ~ Supriya R Patil, B.Sc + M.Sc
- Campus Life in Vit is simply magnificent.All types of facilities are provided inside the campus including sport complex and restaurants.The girls to boys ratio in Mechanical engineering is surprisinly high of about 1:7. ~ Mithilesh Angal, B.Tech

- The premises are very well maintained and beautiful. Almost all types of facilities are available in college including gym, banks, hospital and sports facilities
- If you are a decent student in studies you can get a good job offer as more than 100 companies visit VIT during placement season.
- The faculty are very supportive. They solve academics related problems as well as personal problems.
Dislikes
- VIT is a very crowded. Average strength of a class is 60 and there are more than 2000 students in Computer science.
- College rules are very strict related to dressing and outing.
- Students have to pay for the annual fest of VIT 'Riviera' but that fest is worth money

- Events and sports are often held and particiption is easy
- People here are more comfortable and just easy to approach
- Lab facilities and the teaching is good in vit
Dislikes
- Attendance issues is the major problem here
- Hostel outing is strictly followed and noticed
- The event fees is so expensive and less num tickets available
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose pure science in my class 11 and wrote the entrance exam and passed it and no other choice i have only choose biotech , without maths engineering is so horrible and we have exams every 2 months that is cat and and after ,6 months we fat exam

- Too many events at once and the heat here in vellore
Placement Experience:
The placements are great.Last year 11001 offers from 849 companies had come.Students doing internship directly get absorbed by the companies and get great offers.Annual package for biotech ranges from 3LPA to 24 LPA being the highest.

- I like that the college was almost mostly surrounded by trees and greenery and also consists of a lake which makes it an enjoyable experience.
Dislikes
- The security were a little harsh and strict.
- Even thoufh they are doing thier job its a little annoying that they always keep on blowing thier whistles even when we are following qhat they are saying.
Placement Experience:
Come 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. Ham companies visited are Google,Microsoft, amazon,HCL,IBC etc. A total of 450 offers were made. Highest package offer day is 88 Lpa and average packages 8 to 9 Lpa. A total of 80% of students got placement. Job after UG and acquire skills for joining PG.

- It was a ample amount of opportunity to explore and learn
- Beautiful campus with top notch facilities
Dislikes
- VIT is too much crowded there are lot of people in campus
- Fees category structure even of you have low rank you can get top branch
- Too many student so not able active participate in any event
Placement Experience:
VIT offers a good placement stats placement and internship season starts from third year onwards and vit also take session to discuss about student progress for placement and it also train their student well

my course has 100 percent placement vit vellore gives placements to all we should not have any supply after my gradution i will prusue my ms in the other and i will start my own bussiness this my future plan

Course Curriculum Overview:
The major you have taken will be incorporated in your syllabus only in the final years. Initially u will be given subjects like chemistry physics sts eve eee to improve your skills. For computer science students with specialisation in data science, the data science will be incorporated only in the final years.

- Campus is very huge and very well maintained
- There all kinds resources available like groceries,stationary,food,books ,medicines,etc.
- Has a big library with all kinds of books for all courses.
Dislikes
- There too many students and it very crowded
- Schedule for integrated Mtech students ia very hectic
Placement Experience:
Almost 95% of students get placed here.More than 100 companies visit every year.the highest package is 1.02cr. Even if apply for jobs outside ,you might easily crack job due the name. Of institution.One of the best colleges for placements

- i really like the vibrant campus and the well equipped faculties at the campus. the professors are knowledgeable making learning interactive and fun. the labs are very well equipped for research and innovation
- i love the fact that the campus is really diverse like you can find people from all across the country and also from abroad. Which is really good in socialising, you can get to know different people and their cultures
- vit vellore is known for its research papers which can really help you grow and produce good projects i the future and top tech companies visit the campus for placements and internships. the collage also prepares you for interviews from 1st year
Dislikes
- sometimes administrative process are slow causing delay in important tasks. some courses feel outdated and could use more practical learning. the internet connection at campus can be unreliable at times
- the mess food quality can be inconsistent. some faculty members focus more on theory rather than practical learning. the crowd makes you anxious at times and its sometimes tough competing among so many students
- the transportation services in the campus can be more efficient. some courses have rigid cirriculam with very little flexibilty
Placement Experience:
students at vit vellore become eligible for campus placements form their seventh semester. the university well known for its strong placement recore and collaberations with top companies.
toprecruiters:microsoft,amazon,deloitte,accenture,tcs,infosys,wipro,intel,qualcomm and more.
no of offers: vit consistently secure thousands of placement offers eacch year with many students receiving multiple offers. highest package:1.02 crore per annum. avg package: 7 to 10 lpa. vit boasts a high placement percentage with nearly 90-95% of eligible students securing jobs through campus placement.
after completing my ecs degree i plan to either pursue a high paying job in software or ai related fields or go for higher studies in a top university to specialize further
