VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The good aspect is that my college provides good Academic Majors, good faculties, On-Campus , Student Activities, Facilities & Amenities, Flexible time table system, and many more. The bad aspect is that we cannot go out of the hostels after 9p.m and out of the college gate we need parent's signature.

I choose this college over others as it is one of the top engineering colleges in India.

Amazon, Infosys, TCS, serious music software, Deloitte, vertusa, fico, swiggy, uddan, and many. 600plus offers are given. the very best is 28LPA and therefore the minimum is 2.3 LPA. 70% of students are placed. operating as a computer code developer..

I aimed for IITs and NITs but i couldn't clear JEE 2019. So i opted for vit and It has the excellent facility and placement records than other institutions. The admission process started for me on may 11th 2019 at early morning and it went smooth. Bad aspects are not worth mentioning as those are like some teachers are stubborn , Tight schedules and timings.

From the student point of view it's one of the best in terms of infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Vit is among the few colleges to have electron microscope for research purposes. Best in class library, laboratories, and machines al well maintained. A lush green campus with clean hostels. Mess is hygienic but food taste depends on one's own taste.About 90% of the students are passed out with good placements every year. Vellore Institute of Technology is also known as famous for its placement.A high percentage of students were placed. the highest salary package offered was 44 lakhs per annum by Microsoft to the stream computer science. average salary offered is 6lpa . I have not been placed yet.

The placements were good, the highest package was 40 LPA, the average was 8 LPA, the companies were more and there was super excited while giving an interesting interview in big MNC companies, and the whole campus was lighted.

From the 6th semester, you will be eligible to attend campus Interviews in most of the companies. The popular companies like CTS, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys visit the college and fill the vacancies up to 200 and your knowledge speaks here and there are some core and product based small companies also come and hire the students from all branches The highest package is 44LPA and the avg is 6LPA in VIT and it Will be increased when the experience increased. 80% of the student's Will be placed according to their knowledge and talents every year in VIT. That's why I joined VIT. I plan to do MTech after my bachelor degree.

Placements are pretty good for cse and it students an average student can easily get a starting package of 6-10 LPA with normal studying during 4 years of btech life. Placements are less for civil and mechanical

From the 3rd year itself, students are eligible for placements and the placement record is the best thing about this college. The avg package is 5-5.5 lpa. There many big companies like google,microsoft, amazon, wipro, paypal etc who visit for recruitment. 100% student gets placed. I am planning to do MBA after my btech and preparing for the same.
