The reason for joining university of allahabad is this is one of the india oldest university established in 23rd September 1887which has given maximum prime minister to our country and many more countries such as Nepal Bhutan and known alumni base such as Mahadevi verma and Harivansh rai bachhan and this university is located in nearby city of my hometown hardly 80km from my home. So I can visit home every weekend.

The admission to B.A classes is done through the combined UGAT test conducted by the University of Allahabad. A student must pass higher secondary with minimum45% marks from Allahabad University or any other recognized board for taking admission in B.A course.

The total size of the institute is little bit less so there is no place except classrooms and common field

We call to this Oxford of East. But now this is not like Oxford of east. There are many types of problems. Student election gives many problems in class period sessions. One time I was studying in my classroom many people come in my classroom and disturbed the class.

As it is government college they all are free to sit any time

Positive remark is that it now changes a lot in the way of education. The abolition of chatra sangh had good influence on the education because upto when chatra sangh was active they had a bad impact on studies.

The college is very good and apart from placement I don't think there is any major drawback which need to be concerned about. The professors are very good and the quality of studies are very good.

Positive is the faculty is very supportive. The peers are very supportive and helpful. The library is good. The placement cell is good. Negative is that the strict marking of semester exams and also there is no facility to provide internships.
