Galgotias University Greater Noida Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

This course is all about eye diseases and their diagnosis. With increasing technology, the scope of this field is increasing as even small kids are now suffering from myopia and wearing spectacles. After this course, you can set up your own clinic. You can assist the ophthalmologist, but you can't do surgery. There are about 9-10 faculty in our department and 27 students in our batch. Some teachers teach really well, but then some are unable to explain the topics. They provide more theoretical knowledge. Overall, it's an okay experience. The program is in semester mode.

The Placement for this university for being private compared to others is much better, to be honest. Many students have got great packages from the company that came on campus. I have talked about this with seniors of mine here, they also praise the placement opportunities that Galgotias University provides. Students become eligible for placement on the campus in their 2nd last year. The top companies that participated in Galgotias University placements 2020, included Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Ericsson, TCS, and Amazon. The average package for use is 4.7 lakhs per annum and the highest that has gone is 30.4 lakhs per annum. They have 96 percent of placements. I plan to first get myself as much experience as I can get from internships and get my CV looking good by participating in many clubs like marketing E cell etc. and after completing I will do my masters from a good college I hope.

After the 5th semester companies start recruiting students as they have started visiting campus for jobs. Basically mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. pick around 500-600 students and give them around 4 lakhs package. The highest package is 32 lakhs by Microsoft i.e., off-campus placement. 80% gets placed. I want to handle data-related things as I'm pursuing in data science specialization.

I chose this course because it teaches us about marketing strategies and business management. Faculty members are very supportive as they support you in every situation. Every faculty member is highly qualified, and their teaching methods are very good.

From 2nd semester we can take placement they provide good companies like Jio google etc avg package in our university was 25lacks and 75% of placement students getting after two years I'll get my degree then ill do MBA

I choose this course as I want to pursue more about economics and know more about how our economy will be stable. There are fewer students as a teacher can easily see how children are working. The term exams are after every 6 months.

As per my subject from 5 semesters, the students become eligible for placement. Average package goes between 3-4 lakh in bachelors. and the highest I know till now was 5.6 lakh. My plans for further are to opt for Masters's degree.

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 4th semester. Many companies visit the campus such as byjus, naukri.com, etc. The average package at the university is 8.34 lacs. The percentage of students getting placement is 90 percent. My plan after getting a degree are to apply to a foreign university and get masters.

It has fine (average) placements. Normally students are recruited in mass by companies like Infosys, Cognizant, IBM, Tech Mahendra, Wipro etc. For mass recruiting companies, packages are in the range of 3.25–4 lacs per annum. Most of the companies that come for recruitment belong to IT backgrounds. Although they hire students from all the branches like CSE, ECE, EE, ME etc.

There are many courses at galgotias university such as hotel management, BTech, BCom, MBA, LLB, pharma, etc, and many others. There held 3 internal or we can sessional papers and one end-term examination every semester.
