Honest review About Galgotias University

The Admission process can be difficult but in my experience, it was overall good. It took some time to get my class registration. There was no entrance exam for the admission as they give scholarships based on your 12/10 boards percentage or CGPA. But the admission process was Good but they can improve their communication with students to tell them beforehand what documents they need to bring and how many copies of those documents are because in my admission process I had to run a lot of the printing shop to get copies one after the another and it takes a lot of time.

I am in BBA general and I am in my 2nd semester of 1 year and I have 8 subjects in my course this semester and the faculty for those subjects is overall Above average I'll say like 75 percent of the faculty is good and they'll communicate well the students to help them and have fun teaching what they are teaching which keeps students engaged about the topic.

The Placement for this university for being private compared to others is much better, to be honest. Many students have got great packages from the company that came on campus. I have talked about this with seniors of mine here, they also praise the placement opportunities that Galgotias University provides. Students become eligible for placement on the campus in their 2nd last year. The top companies that participated in Galgotias University placements 2020, included Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Ericsson, TCS, and Amazon. The average package for use is 4.7 lakhs per annum and the highest that has gone is 30.4 lakhs per annum. They have 96 percent of placements. I plan to first get myself as much experience as I can get from internships and get my CV looking good by participating in many clubs like marketing E cell etc. and after completing I will do my masters from a good college I hope.

The fee structure for this university is decent they keep the financial part of the students. very well. They properly explain the fee structure while you are filling out your admission form properly and give you the contact of one of the staff members to help them if you have any doubts. The scholarship is given based on your 12 board and 10 boars percentage and one of your CAT scores. You can get up to a 25% scholarship if your percentage was above 93 in 12th boards with the subjects PCM. There aren't many Problems with the fee structure and scholarship opportunities as this is a private University it keeps the financial part good.

So I think this is part where Galgotias University is very good at for giving you proper college life as this college has many clubs activities and sports that you can do. Here in this college, many events take place that you participate in, I have been in this college for about 8 months now and not there has been a month there wasn't any type of big event that took place. I will admit one thing though the crowd that is here is this college is not so great even though it's not been a very big issue for me to have a great college life experience. The infrastructure Is very unique as we have 3 blocks in our university A block, B block, C block respectively and they all are very good from the inside and have air-conditioned classes, there is a big cafeteria in our college which might be one the best cafeteria in a university in greater Noida I am not even kidding. We have many tech fests like hackathons. We have an annually A fest for University and get students "Unifest" awesome.

Now, this is a part which is not too great about this university. The university hostel is not something I would recommend to anyone of the students, to be honest. I have been in the hostel since the Start of my college days so I can give you an honest answer about this. The hostel mess will promise you in the Start that the food is good but it's not. The hostel faculty are not helpful at all they don't take action on anything the students ask them to. Hostel rooms are also very small for the price they are charging. If I was to give any suggestions to rent a flat or hostel nearby I would recommend knowledge park 2 for hostels as there are many great hostels and for the flat, you should search in alpha 2 or beta 2 areas.
