University of Calcutta Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From semester 4 students are eligible to get placement in this college people comes from various parts of the country in this clg. Companies like zomato, swiggy, tata etc comes to our clg for campus placements. They offer an average package of 5-6 lakhs that can go upto 11-12 lakhs. So many students almost 10 % students who crack interview can get placements. My plans after getting the degree is to be a charted accountant.. So i m more related to professional courses ...

The students are eligible for a placement in the sixth semester. A large number of companies visit and 90 percent of the offers are initially accepted by them due to the quality of our students. The average package costs around 6-7 lakhs pa for each student

I chose History Honours because I want to study more about history and in future I found some artifact as a historians.when I chose this course I paid 4350rs I this college provided me everything like a best teacher best college best student .when you asking me how much you love your college then I said infinity times because this college give me freedom to express what I am and what I can doo Thankyou

The curriculum is strictly the one that is followed by the University of Calcutta. Therefore students don't usually face problem during the university exams. There are also often internal exams arranged.

Course curriculum is at par with countries common guidelines of CBCS however the subject choices a very limited for minors if you want any out of league subject or if you are a like if you are of a science background and you want some art subject is your minor you want be given that choice hence choice is very limited

B.Sc Zoology Hons. has a well maintained curriculum in my college as it follows the university for the syllabus and academic rules. The old CBCS system is not in place, now NEP curriulum structure is followed which is highly industry and acedmic relavant in today's world.

Pacific aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course that because my Kolkata chief minister Mamta Banerjee has passed out of that college and that's was inspired and influenced my decision to choose this course and these also college and how will the curriculum prepares are my real world applications for the academic preppers with the areas of improvements in the course curriculum of teaching methods of food and frequency the timing exam along with your perspective is not difficulty level but its also on because it is okay 3 hours we have to complete our paper solve

From 5 and 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements there are some companies and organisations who are here to recruit students but the pay is average is around 15000 average, i will apply for MSc after this course.

The curriculum covered vast subjects such as financial accounting, economics, entrepreneurship development, principles of management etc. Which are essential for developing knowledge in the field of finance. But on the other hand it is too basic and not that relevant when in comes to real world problems and skills required.

The course which I chose had a best faculty in this college .Teachers out their are always ready to help and the teaching methods are really good ..They conduct exams twice a year after the end of every semester.
