the course curriculum consists of quite varieties of subject which consist of 7 subjects such as English,ppm , accounts, economics, CV and ED and the teachers of the subjects are very sweet and helpful

The curriculum is very well prepared in our department and the teachers are very serious about our future and the exams as we are the students of journalism and mass communication and it is a very practical subject our teachers prepares us very well for the real world application and the only thing I want to be improve is the very on feel the type of subject we need to be on the field to know better about the subject for our betterment in the future

To be very honest I wanted to join this batch because i wanted to enjoy my college life without any pressure, also I'm looking forward to do MBA right now To prepare students, they take extra classes after completing the whole syllabus along with the vivas etc to make sure no-one fails in the semester examination As the college is affiliated with the Calcutta University syllabus, the papers are usually hard but only for people who study less

The placements are very less. Average package of 2023 is 9LPA. If I don't get placed, I'll opt for reaserch programmes. As most of the students of University of Calcutta are more reaserch oriented scholars.

I have taken BCOM HONS in accountancy and finance because I have interest in accounts and finance department.Moreover accounting helps us in many ways if we run our business and commerce also includes marketing which I like the most

The exams are of 3 hrs I always wanted to study about business that influenced me to opt for this course. The exams are not so difficult if the student have even a little idea of the syllabus. He/sShe will pass

I was a student of English Department, as I was quite good in this subject so it was not difficult for me to choose this, according to me there are not any problem during the course as teachers are always ready to give you the made notes but college can attach projection system

The courses offered in this college are at par with the present need. The curriculum aligns with the masters of different universities around the world or the industries one would want to enter in. However the curriculum lacks some practicality.

Shri shikshayatan college provides all the sports facilities extra curriculum activities like career welfare program mentorship cultural dance etc..These all are perform after the classes means classes are compulsory to attend and if you want to join circullam activities you can because classes ki vajah se aapke activities nahin chhutenge aur activities ki vajah se classes nahin chhutenge

B.com is a very flexible course for any commerce student . This particular curriculum of the College is probably not the best , because the classes are very uncertain and there's no rules and regulations for this course in the college the attendance is completely not compulsory which gives the students all the reason for not attending the college and the teacher are not very serious also However this curriculum does provide a real life exposure to the students if they want to take up finance, marketing and tax as their future working skill , the only area of improvement is the necessity of attendance and the marking scheme of CU which is extremely poor , a lot of times students fail in subjects due to I'll checking system which is a major concern. The frequency and timing of exams are very specific and the difficulty level is 3/5
