My college is one of the best in my state. Also, since it is run completely by the government, the cost of education is minimum. Moreover, Bethune College is under the University of Calcutta, one the leading universities in India.

This university does not limit you to academics only. It gives you wide exposure in a range of fields. The college also encourages its students to pursue extracurricular activities along with studies.

Excessive power with Students Union but on the contrary the teachers do cover an extra mile for the students.

College management needs some good staffs, otherwise management has always been courteous in solving administration related issues and student issues.

The college ranking 11th nationwide is a well-enough proof of how well the management of the college is although the restrictions put on the students are no doubt harsh with respect to modern times, the end results is a set of brilliant minds in various academic fields who graduate with flying colours every year.

The good thing is that our college has a different fame and name in the city and alk overall in the country but being a government college it's quite slow in management.
