- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Placement are conducted in the college very often but the process for selection is ceey difficult as many of they are not prepared what to do at a job as lack of practical knowledge. I planning to join my fathers business

- It's too hard to walk to the collage because it is in top of hill.
- There is no bus facilities for the students staying in outside hostels.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As considering my course civil engineering the curriculum was a bit difficult but as compared to other it is so easy because it is based on the daily life practices or activity we are seeing.course should be moderate and curriculum should be moderate to the easy level for students convince to study.timing of exam should increase aa half an hour more to help us writing the exam more tension free.

- Our campus is anti-ragging campus so that there is no issues present between students .
- Campus is located in very peaceful ecco friendly place.
Dislikes
- Students have lack of access to shops and other markets
- College situated in hilltop so student get tired of getting classes
- Students who come by private buses get tired walking upto the hill

Our college has placement packages upto 12 lakh. Students will be eligible for campus placement from sem 7.many popular companies visited our college and offered placements like infosys, wipro ,TCS, HCL technologies, impaqtive etc.

- Various internships and hackathon opportunities
- Store at our college is really helpful it provides all kind of stationeries in low price
Dislikes
- College location is so far from town so it’s really hard to wind up on evenings after a stressfull day
- Less hostel facilities near college so it’s hard for students who are so far from college
Placement Experience:
Starting from 7th sem our college offer placements.according to other nit iit and top government colleges our pass percentage and placement offers are really low . Only 30% students would get good placements and that will be according to our cgpa and skills.

- Raging free campus with a great atmosphere
- Many programs are organised by different clubs
- Along with technical workshops cultural events are also held

- Facilities can be improved. The lab equipments are old and has to be changed
- Facilities like incinerators are not available in every departments
- Lack of advanced technical guidance, the lab practices are outdated
Placement Experience:
We have good placements. Many mncs come for campus placements to our college. In all of gec, electrical department has the highest placement with almost 90 percent placed. Companies include tcs, wipro, jsw, infosys, reliance etc

- I got to study in pretty decent college under ktu and the staffs
- The is little spacious not so much but still have some space to walk
- The college provide bus for transportation

- The is run by the union members more than the principal
- All teachers aren't so friendly and they are so rude without any mean
- The computers in the computer lab all are not working fine every time we go to the lab we have some circumstances with the computers
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus section at the final year . So many companies visit colleges in online and offline way.
Cgpa score is considered for placement selection. Minimum thirty five percentage Students may get placements

- the faculties are boring ,and sujects like electronics are not teching anything
- the concept of activity points is not good because ,if we are not getting enogh activity points we cannot pass outand it is difficult to get.
- the rule of getting 75 percent attendence is not good as the students should be allowed to participate in various events

there are so many placement pakages like ,mahindra,mrf,apollo and all.and even if the collge doesnt offer placements ,by goin for club activities like we have a aclub names sae and my brother got placement in mahindra by going for the club competition like making a working car and compete other colleges

- Though the sports infrastructure is excellent,but I don't think they encourage sports too much.l
Course Curriculum Overview:
Basically the Btech curriculum is too tightly packed at the moment by short sem.I think course curriculum must be more wide .The timing of the exam is short for the core subjects based on the difficulty level.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum focus on topics which are applicable in real life like fundamental of computing etc. The exams are moderately hard. Some of the topics are really large and they dont have any practical applications.

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
