- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- Here have more placement opportunities in each department, mostly cs department.
- Much professional teaching faculty are available here.
- So many technical fest are conducted by here and have very active clubs here.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I like this course is very much.It is very difficulty to study but very interesting. But placement opportunities in here is more for computer science students.There must be increase on placement opportunities for other departments here also.

So many companies are visiting our Rajiv Gandhi Institute of technology Kottayam
A better placement is given to students

So many core companies and software companies are visiting in collage

- Campus Life , sports,arts, classroom activities etc
- Workshops, placement training it was superb amazing
- Should increase the relaxation time if. We relax we can study more they provide good food in canteen

- Some types of activities are very boring

Placements are amazing . Companies like tcs Infosys Wipro southernland comes for recruiting people the packages are also somewhat okay almost the average package is about 3lakhs per annum overall it's great

- there are opportunities to learn academically.
- many extra curricular clubs and sports events are there to showcase our creative skills.
- the boy to girl ratio is 1:1. but could vary with what department you choose.
Dislikes
- the college ground and the campus is small.
- there are different unions to be a part of.
- the canteen may have disappointing food sometimes.
Placement Experience:
students start receiving placement opportunities from 7th semester. the average placements especially for compuer and electronic departments are very good. placements for all different companies for mechanical and biotechnology departments also come. the highest usual packeageis around 10 lpa. around 80% students on average recieve offer letters.

- In this college the campus life is quite good and the quality of social interactions are at a high level which makes students more confident and communicative
- Some of the college faculties are so experts with so many qualifications such as masters and phDs
- The college provides good quality infrastructure and campus amenities and learning facilities
Dislikes
- Even though the college offers good infrastructure, they still need to improve in some sectors such as physics labs etc
- Even though some of the faculties are experts, some of them are not much experts in their teaching subjects
- The college should focus on the extracurricular activities such as cultural days and other festivals.
Placement Experience:
This college offers good placements for students. From the 6th sem onwards students are allowed to search for internships which make them good for preparing the individuals for their placements. The college offers good placements from the top companies such as tcs , tata and so many others . The average placement package offered is around 400000. Above quarter of the students get placed by the college.

- Courses and labs are not that badly conducted.
- Has grounds for football and other sports.

- Temperature is very high and not bearable.
- No much support from faculties in the college.
- Programs are enough not conducted in the campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
Every semester has 6 or 7 courses including the lab. All the courses at first year is mixed but will be imporved and more industrial friendly in the last 3 years of the btech programme. Relevence of the course is good.

- The infrastructure of the college is good.
- The college will support you if you have a startup idea.
Dislikes
- There used to good placements but it has decreased over the years.
- Although things have changed comparatively after the new management took over, it happened only during my final year. Before that the college life was boring. Now the number of events happening in our college have increased.
Placement Experience:
For Integrated MCA, students become eligible for placements since the 9th semester.
For Btech, its 7th semester.
Some of the companies that visited our college are SOTI, UST, Leopard Technologies, Safran Digit.
There are many other companies that we can apply to but those drives are not conducted at our college like experion technologies and G10X technologies.
Our college is the only college in Kerala from where students are hired by Safran Digit.
I have gotten placement in G10X technoologies private limited.

- I like the canteen very much the food and aunty are good
- Class room and toilet are cleaned and fresh
- Friends are same vibe and super helping and they also teach us

- Campus infrastructure is very poor and I hate that
- Some teachers are very rude some only others are ok
Course Curriculum Overview:
My decision of course is little bit disappointed because most peoples from computer science department are placed compared to our course and lot of students from my class are also working to IT field so I think my decision to choose this is not at all good this made me regret I am still searching for job

The placement offer is quite nice and will be almost assured of you are in any clubs.Ths main company that offers placement is TCS , Infosys etc.After 6th semester students prepare for campus placement.

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
