Placement Experience:

From semester 7 students are eligible for campus placement and the main companies are TCS, HCL, WIPRO and INFOSYS. the highest package is 600000 and the average is 200000, 45% of students got the placement and I also got the placement and now I am working in HCL as a software engineer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is electronics and communication. It is based on the electronics and IT field. It have wide range of placement chances. The teaching is very good. The teachers take lessons easily. So faculty was really good.

Placement Experience:

Placements are taken place at the beginning of 4th year that is your 7th semester. The companies that visit of a regular basis are TCS, SUTHERLAND, IBS, BYJUS, QUEST, QBURST and the list goes. The offers made are depending upon your skills it can vary between 1-6L per annum. The percentage of students getting placed is above 90%. And my plans is to pursue masters so placement is not on my list but the college does provide the textbook and also tuitions to qualify the aptitude test

About 70% of the students are placed in every year. 7th semester onwards the placement training is given. The companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, and about 25 companies will provide placement to the students.

Placement Experience:

The placements in college are quite good, with placement getting better each year. From semester 6 onwards, students get eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies that visit our college are ALSTOM, TCS, WIPRO, MRF, INFOSYS, SIEMENS, IBM, L&T, COGNUZANT, etc with the list getting long. The highest package offered this year was 12 LPA and the average was 4 LPA. In our senior bath, 70 out of 100 students got placed. My plan after getting the degree is to get a job through campus placement.

Information Technology - around 70 percent Of the sixth-semester students are eligible for placement. Companies provide 3 lacks annual package. After getting my degree, I am trying to get a government job or work in MNC.

•We can appear for campus placement in the last semester of the course • the recruiting companies are southernland,Tata motors,red hat etc • the minimum packages companies offers is 10k per month and maximum packages companies offers 20k per month •25% of students gets placement every year

The current world ranking is 1168. The national ranking is 25. Education Rank is 530 in terms of quality. The alumni employment ranking is 1488. The research Performance Rank is 1111. The overall rating is 69.3. 

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
