- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- GEC have good infrastructure facilities and labs.
Dislikes
- Politics in GEC is much strong and sometime it becomes toxic.
- GEC provide gym for students but there is no trainer in gym
Placement Experience:
After completing the fifth semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Around 20 companies visit GEC for placements every year. the highest package is around 3LPa. almost all who complete the b tech can get campus placements.

- The transportation facilities to the college are so good.

- The placement is less compared to other colleges
- Campus is very small.limited space for the Campus.
- Lab facilities are insufficient .Lot of machinery are at damaged conditions
Placement Experience:
From the sixth semester, the placement drives are started. The companies visited on the campus are vkc, and L&T, and .10 percent of students got placed. My plan is to prepare for the psc exam after completing this course.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is okay and most of the faculties are good and have very good knowledge about what subject they are dealing with and will be at least qualified with an Mtech degree from a reputed institution

- The faculty members are really qualified in their respective areas.
- The lab facility is well established for the mechanical branch imcluding the fluids, thermal and machine .
- The old block of the college is really a beautiful infrastructure which really give a nostalgic moments
Dislikes
- The space of the college is really small since it is located in the near of the kozhikode town
- There is no ground for sports outdoor sports.
- There is lack of technical events after covid.

Placement Experience:
Students fom third year is eligible for campus placement. But mainly the placement comes for the final year students. Mostly IT companies are offering jobs. Cognizant, L&T, MOZILOR are some of the company in which students have been places. They offers a pay scale of 4 lakhs and 6lakhs per annum. In the batch, a total of 9 students have got placement.

From 6th semester students from our colleges are eligible for campus placement. A few companies like Infosys, walkaround, L&T ..etc are visited. Package in between 1.5-3lakh is provided. A number of students are placed from every branch.

- The campus is around 500 acres which is very attractive that consist of several type of trees.Also campus is 24 hour campus.
- The infrastructure facilities are very good in campus.There are so departments.
- University library has plenty of books since the college is 24 hour we can utilise it upto 12 PM
Dislikes
- The placement is very poor in the campus.Only small percentage of students get placed
- The syllabus is one of the other problem.Some subjects are so tought and some subjects are outdated ones.
- There are some issues of delay of results.This effect the students who wish to get a study in abroad
Placement Experience:
The students from S6 are eligible for placement. Almost all the companies are IT-related companies. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant and UST visit the campus every year and hire a huge number of students. The average package is 4LPA with the highest being at almost 30LPA. Almost 60% of staff are getting placed. The CGPU provide training for aptitude and technical tests
Also, some students get offers from good universities for higher education

- The college offers students a lot of freedom and autonomy to pursue their interests and hobbies.
- Students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities, events, and clubs to develop their personalities and leadership skills.
Dislikes
- College area is less than expected but okay.
Placement Experience:
In terms of placements, the college is rated medium. While some students do get placed in reputed companies, there is still room for improvement. The college offers training and placement programs to help students prepare for the job market, and the placement cell works hard to bring reputed companies to the campus.

From semester 6, I guess as I'm not sure as I'm still in semester 2.
The orientation programs led that way.
The Highest package given was 77LPA.
My plans after getting a degree are if got campus placement go for it and then save some money to go for Mtech, or else go for MTech with my parents' money and pay it back later or take an education loan.

Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placement in the 6th semester at the college. A variety of companies have visited the campus for recruitment, including TCS, Infosys, People 10, IBM, Speridian, Sharpponji pallonji, Hexaware Technologies, Eyerov Robotics, Sutherland, Federal Bank, SIB, Nebula Cloud, IBS and many other IT companies. The highest package offered was 12 LPA. The placement percentage for computer science students was 100%, while the overall placement percentage for all students was 60%. In total, the college has received over 500 job offers from various companies during campus placement drives.

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
