- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Here most of the students in cse department getting placed...we have a good placement cell which encourages students to get placed in better companies like infosys.. ibm.. techno park etc..almost with a salary of 4L per yr

- The college is very free and open minded. We are allowed to dress to our liking without any uniform. There is no moral policing on campus.
- The classrooms are very spacious and there's lot of sunlight and fresh air. The layout of the building is very open as well.
- Some of teachers are very passionate and has very good level of subject knowledge and teaching ability.
Dislikes
- The size of campus is very small compared to other colleges in trivandrum. There not many places to hang around in the campus and no open and free place or any grass to sit on
- There are not much space for any sports to be played as there isn't a proper ground.
- The college is not accessible to students who have any physical disability. There are only stairs and no lifts thus making mobility difficult

Students are eligible to sit for placement from the 6th semester onwards. But most of the placement companies that visit are tech/software companies. There are very few core companies that are visiting currently. Out of the few core companies that do visit the highest package is probably offered by Tata Elxsi with a package of 7-8 lakhs per annum. But the placement stats for Cs/ Aiml is very good with lots of placement as well as high ctc. But out those placed most are placed with package ranges from 3-4 lakhs per annum.
My current plan is for higher studies after graduation. I want to specialise in the field of vlsi design. But if possible I would want to work in s core company for around 2-3 years to build up experience.

- The placement history of college.The batch of 2023 in computer science had 100 percentage placement.
- The cultural fest conducted in our college is top tier.
- The teaching faculties are helping and approachful.

- The course curriculum is a bit irrelevant.
- The college compound is small and theres no much space for sports grounds.

From 6th semester students became eligible for placements.Some of the companies visited include Tata Elxsi,Quest Global,Speridian etc.The average pacakge is 6 lpa and highest is 8 lpa.From Cs department most of the students get placed in IT companies.I plan to get a placement on a good company.

- There are equal opportunities for all students in my college without any discrimination on any grounds .it is a college where a person can thrive.
- The college is excellent for engineering students as they can develop their knowledge from experienced staff who have great expertise and profound knowledge.
- Our college also have very well maintained and furnished labs which students could make great use iof.the labs are maintained in such a way that it aids reasearch and development purposes.
Dislikes
- Our college is not spacious like other colleges .our college even don't have any college ground for physical activities and sports.
- Our college is little bit strict..not that much but it is somewhat strict and they stresses very much on discipline .
- The girls wash room is at a corner ..they are not that far away but it is somewhat far for other people's to access.plus there are only 3-4 washrooms

The college also offers excellent placement opportunities for us .many multinational companies like tcs ust geodis qburst etc .the placement training starts from semester four .this programme allows students to improve their soft skills and technical level skills.The most highest placed student got about sixtten lakhs per annum last year and the avarage is about seven laks per annum my plan is to take MBA after the completion of my degree

- The things i liked are good and developed classrooms with projectors for more visual understanding.
- The faculties are well educated and teach the concept clearly.
- Well developed computer labs are there for all departments.
Dislikes
- Things i disliked are, we need a 5 minutes break in between every lecture ti make our mind refreshed.
- Needed good drinkable water facilities which are properly cleaned.
- All the fest are during even semester, so to make odd semester entertained more fest should be included.
Course Curriculum Overview:
My course is BTech in Computer science. The syllabus they provide are relevant in today's world and they are applicable in order to work efficiently.
In our second semester syllabus we have subjects including Entrepreneurship and also life skill. Apart from technical knowledge, these subject boost our self confidence and practical thinking.

- The societies are incredible. There are a lot of activitiess outside the class which helps to grow socially and technically. The events are conducted frequently.
- Good surrounding with a positive vibe. Could be a good time with friends
- Good placement cell especially for computer science
Dislikes
- Each block is very much seperated meaning it very difficult to reach other blocks especially cse block which is pretty far from others. Icredibly difficult especially in summer
- Certain labs contain equipment with is old, malfunctioning and may not give the needed results. Certain computers too may be tough to work on
- Poor sylabus which maybe not attributed to the college yet it is largely outdated with socities being the way to study developments.
Placement Experience:
I am not very sure about placements, The placements start arounf 6 or 7th semester with a lot of differnet companies like TCS, IBM, cognizant, tarento. Job offers average of 3 lakh with highest of 6-7 lakhs. Arounf 80% students get place for cse with other branches may drop to below 50%.

- Library.Its actually a very good infrastructure and peaceful place to sit and study with abundant resources.
- Placement Cell:The college provides a very good team for placement opportunities and the companies and very profound and worth
- Faculty:The team which is behind each and every student of this institution.They are like the pillars who really are the key people for the sustain.
Dislikes
- Hostel Washroom: Needed to be bit more neat more than that there is no hand shower...finding very hard for that
- Classroom chair:Some are really bad conditioned
- Classroom Fan:Facing really difficult during summer because some aren't working well
Placement Experience:
Placement cell of our institute is very enthusiastically framed and majority of the students are getting placed into renowned companies.So even me myself are putting a lot of effort and looking forward to get placed in a very good company. After getting my btech degree obviously I need a job through placement and side by side need to study data science related 3months course somewhere abroad.

- Another interesting Factory of my college is the placement opportunities provided by the college. Companies like Accenture,TCS etc....
- The teaching methods offered by the faculty is highly efficient and appreciatable.
Dislikes
- The number of programmes offered by college is less.
- The ventilation facilities is not adequate
- The action taken by college during any kind of malpractices can be made a bit more strict
Placement Experience:
The students from 5th semester becomes eligible for campus placements. Most of the companies visit the college and provide opportunities to the students. Companies like Amazon, qvantel, tcs, Accenture,ey provide opportunities. The minimum package is 3 lpa. Around 75% students get placed. I would like to go for higher studies after the completion of my btech degree.

- The dedication of the teachers and their educational qualifications.
- The humbleness and kindness of the teachers and other non teaching staffs
- The natural beauty surrounding the campus
Dislikes
- Lack of a sports ground. Every college is supposed to have a ground.
- The small area of the campus. It could've been a bit more spacious
- The lack of infrastructure for biotech labs. It is said that new labs will be provided soon. But no development yet.

College placements vary from year to year and from department and department. The candidates' skills are also crucial in this process. Last year, many students got placed in good companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Bosch, etc. The starting packages are okay but with time there are great potentials for increased payment and benefits.

- Climatic atmosphere of pampady kottayam gives the students a peaceful study atmosphere
- A well supporting college union that never disappoints the one who asks for needs

- Lots of dogs are seen in the campus and many students were bitten by dogs
- A misogynistic problem solving way is seen in the union of the college most of the womens are not included from meetings of the union
- The ladies hostel has a early curfew of 9 pm at night

Colleges does provide campus placement. Campus placement starts from semester 7 . And many big big companies like L and T, fleet managment, IBM, TCS does provide job opportunities and offers high salary packages .

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur.
