Remarks:

Location of the college is near national highway so transportation will be very easy.Both railway station and busstand are nearby.If students are willing to study it is the best place and will give ample opportunities.

Remarks:

In the national level ranking of engineering colleges by central government (NIRF) , CET grabbed the position of 75 in the best engineering colleges of India. There are only 3 colleges from Kerala including NIT Calicut and IISER Trivandrum.

Admission:

You can get admission in college of engineering Trivandrum through kerala entrance examination,to get admission in main courses you should have minimum of 1000 rank in exam conducted by Kerala entrance commission.

Remarks:

College provides various placement opertunities for the students. Thr faculties are very helpfull in achieving acadamic as well social goals. The college is located in an easy accesible area. With a railway station at 3 km radius. One of the negatives of the college is during the period of april and may the temperature of the city rises to about 40 degree.

Remarks:

I dont have any negative comments. College is situated in a hilly area. From there we can see the nature beauty. Very ecofriendly and best climate. You can breath the pure oxygen and wander the area.

Remarks:

The college is very small. But it is also a good thing. Because we don't have to walk alot frkm one class to another. It very convenient to goto other labs and workshops. Hostel is very nearby. Every department is in single building.

The current world ranking is 1168. The national ranking is 25. Education Rank is 530 in terms of quality. The alumni employment ranking is 1488. The research Performance Rank is 1111. The overall rating is 69.3. 

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
