- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- Campus is really nice and large especially since it contains 3 different college , there is also farm and animals including a white horse
- Studies wise teachers are all highly educated,all are nice and helpful and approachable anytime,since college is a autonomous exam dates and portions are more lenient and understandable
Dislikes
- Event and activities are low because participation is low ,people here prefer to go home and rest rather than going for events but that doesn't mean events aren't there,especially since we are needed to fulfill the activity points requirement
- Low amounts of girls,the ratio for boys to girls are like 6:4 ,they vary in different department tho but most classes have boys as majority,mechanical department 3rd year has only 6 girls in a class so it's very variable
- Anything related to attendance and marks aren't lenient and everything is very strict

From what I know there is placements from 6th semester and a lot of people gets placed here,
companies who hires here are a lot ,some of the big ones are TCS ,Wipro etc,
Lowest is around 4 lack per annum i think,don't know about highest
As far as I know arround 50 percent of students gets placed here
I am also planning to get campus placement and looking for a job

- I really like the infrastructure of the college.
- The clean campus and the great atmosphere. If provides a good ambience for academics.
- The fests conducted in the college are coordinated and done brilliantly.
Dislikes
- The sports ground could be a bit more cleaner. Also courts for sports like badminton should be made.
- The schedule is a bit packed, which in some cases causes stress and tension.
Placement Experience:
The students become eligible for campus placement from the 4th year onwards
The companies that visit us are Amazon, ibm, Infosys, tcs, Wipro etc.
Tye highest package comes upto 5.2 LPA and the average package is upto 2 LPA.

- Campus is small and blocks are nearby without spacing.
- Girls toilet are in bad condition with no safety
- Area is small and inadequate to explore.
Course Curriculum Overview:
My family is involved in medical field. So for making a change i have choosen B. Tech Mechanical Engineering, the Father of all other branches.Nowdays timings for university exams are regular and result publishment are also regular.

- The campus atmosphere is very good for studying.
- Very good infrastructure, all required instruments for the engineering degree is available in the college
- Very good buildings. Including smart class room, canteen, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is the latest available in engineering world. The university always update the curriculum with the lastest providing updated knowledge and engineering skills for their students. This gives a good knowledge for the student in the engineering field.

Our university is ktu . Our syllabus has changed this year . This curriculum prepares is for real world .exams are conducted periodically. 8 semesters are there.its a four year course . Exams are difficult.the problem is there is not enough time for completing semesters

- This college is a best choice for students who just wants to study. They provide a good variety of scholarship which make it accessible and affordable to kind of students. Also they are providing other consideration to students EWS
- A few teachers are of good knowledge and teaching capability. Others are just usual drama.Some are very supportive. Sone of the courses are very new, even teachers have no idea about the topics still they take classes with the help of ppt
- Good infrastructures, but not spacious campus when compared to other campuses. Actually a fail when an event comes like tech fest.
Dislikes
- You can only study. No support and genuinity in other activities. For nane and sake and hard requests of students only arts and other programs are conducted.
- Sometimes indulges into personal matters like students in the hostel when wants to go out, they ll ask for the reason, companion and other stuffs. Even they have book to not down the list of foods we ordered.
- Girls have a curfew in the hostel from 6.30 where boys doesn't have. But hostel is good, only warden is somewhat irritating. But the amenities both the boys and girls hostels provide are good
Placement Experience:
Actually placements depends on the years and the companies. But college's placement cell os actually good. They try to bring good companies and provide good amount of training too.
They also conduct mock interviews, remaining are eith the students. But a few good companies comes, other are just startuls or small scale companies.
A huge problem our seniors encountered was not getting an offer letter, the college printed banners with their photos but after that they haven't received an offer letter.

- I like the neat an clean campus which is very eco friendly and green in nature.
- There is like no need of additional tution as the teachers here are like so supportive
- Everthying is perfectly maintained and labs are perfectly maintained.
Dislikes
- The college is little strict compared to other colleges
- We have to wear uniforms and cant wear colour dresses.
- The college is like 8-9kms away from the main town angamaly.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Most difficult i have faced is for python subject.There should be like more lab periods other than theory classes.For one series exam it is like 1.5hrs .For 1st sem there is like chemistry instead of physics.And also there is a period for life skills.

College offers good placement. Placement officer and placement facilities are very supportive and hard working , almost all eligible students got placements at least one company. Companies like TCS and poornam visited. About 80% students got placement.

- As it is a hilly area transportation is a bit difficult as train facilities are not there
- Campus politics is one thing that people not interested in politics may find difficult
- Good restaurants is another negative factor that we may find here
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course because i like programing languages , data structure and coputer architecture it seems like quite tough but it is intresting to me. Its a perfect blend of theory, practical skills , and real world applications and it prepared me for top tech jobs and entrepreneurship and innovations. Exams are conducted at the end of each semester. These exams usually have a three-hour duration and its quite tough.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
