SSPU Admission 2025
SSPU admissions are based on marks obtained in the relevant entrance examination.
For UG programs, admission to B.Tech courses is based on scores from JEE Main / MHT-CET / CUET-UG, or the university’s entrance test called SET, followed by a personal interview. For B.Arch, candidates must qualify for NATA or JEE Main Paper-II. Admission to BBA and B.Sc programs is done through CUET‑UG or the university’s internal selection process, which may include an aptitude test and interview. B.Des Admission is based on the candidate’s performance in a design entrance exam such as DAT, SET, CEED, or the university’s own SSPU Design Entrance Test.
For PG programs, admission to the MBA is based on scores from MAT / CAT / SNAP / GMAT / or the university’s own SKILL-CAT, and a personal interview. For M.Tech, candidates must qualify for GATE or the university's entrance test and interview. Admission to M.Sc. and M.Plan programs may be based on merit, but some courses also require a university-level test and/or interview.
For Lateral entry to the second year of select UG (B.Tech, B.Sc., B.Voc) and PG (M.Sc., Executive MBA) programs for eligible diploma or PG diploma holders. Admission is based on subject relevance, minimum marks, and seat availability. At the time of admission, students are required to pay the application fees of INR 1,000 - INR 1,500.

SSPU Campus
SSPU campus has been constructed on 15 acres of land with specialised laboratories, workshops, and centres of excellence, having specialised skill training equipment and machines. As per our research, the campus features modern classrooms, industry-linked labs, recreational zones, and student support services, creating a vibrant and career-focused atmosphere.
Library: The library at the institute is spread across 1830 square meters with a Huge Reading Hall, a Digital Library Section, a Reprographic Section, a Reference Section, a CD Library, Journals and Periodical Sections and is well equipped with other facilities. It provides students with access to a good collection of books, journals, and over 2 lakh e-resources.
Labs: SSPU has modern and well-equipped labs for each course. Students get to work with machines like CNC tools, robotic arms, smart factory setups, and vehicle testing systems. Architecture students also use 3D printers, laser cutters, and real construction models, which help them learn by doing and get practical experience.
SSPU Hostel
SSPU has separate hostels for boys and girls, with rectors around to keep things safe and under watch. The rooms are twin-sharing and come fully furnished, with an attached bathroom. The mess serves clean and tasty food - veg and non-veg - seven days a week, including Sundays. There’s a common area for games, a gym, and space for indoor fun when students want to relax. Medical help is available any time of day, and healthcare services are nearby, too. Security runs round the clock, with biometric checks, and the hostels even have solar-heated water. The vibe is meant to be homely, and yes, the Wi-Fi works well.
