After viewing your allotment, you must choose one of three response options within the notified deadline.

Accept You are satisfied with the allotted seat and want to freeze it. You will not participate in further upgrade rounds. You must pay the fee and report to college.
Float You accept the current allotment but wish to be considered for a better preference in the next round. You remain in subsequent rounds. If a better seat is allotted, the current seat is automatically vacated.
Slide You accept the current college but want an upgrade to a better branch within the same institute. You are considered only for a branch upgrade in the same college in the next round.

Students who choose Float or Slide must still pay the fee and report to the currently allotted college. Failure to report may cancel your participation in further rounds.
