Students allotted a seat in OJEE 2026 Round 2 (result out July 15, 2026) must upload self-attested scanned documents online between July 15-19, 2026, and later carry originals plus xerox copies when physically reporting to their allotted college by August 7, 2026.

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2026 e-counselling for B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Plan, B.CAT and Integrated M.Sc. programs follows a two-step reporting process for Round 2 allottees: online document upload during July 15-19, followed by physical college reporting after the final allotment in August. Preparing documents before the Round 2 result prevents last-minute delays at the verification stage.

  • Round 2 allotment result: July 15, 2026 (by 5:00 PM) on ojee.nic.in.
  • Online reporting for newly allotted students (Round 2): July 15-19, 2026 (by 5:00 PM) — document upload, fee payment and Freeze/Float option.
  • Physical college reporting: August 3-7, 2026 (by 5:00 PM) after final allotment.
  • Carry originals and at least 2 self-attested xerox copies of every document for physical reporting.
  • Category certificate holders must carry valid, non-expired certificates — expired OBC or EWS documents are not accepted.
  • Students who choose Float in Round 2 participate in the next allotment round and do not report to a college immediately after Round 2.

Important Instructions for OJEE 2026 Round 2 Reporting

Keep the following points in mind to avoid losing your OJEE 2026 Round 2 allotted seat.

  • Online reporting is mandatory by July 19, 2026 (5:00 PM). Students who do not upload documents and pay the fee within this window forfeit their Round 2 allotment.
  • Float vs. Freeze: Choosing Float means you continue to Round 3 for a potentially better seat and do not need to report to a college after Round 2. Choosing Freeze confirms your current allotment and requires physical college reporting in August.
  • Self-attestation is mandatory on every xerox copy — sign each copy and write "Self-Attested" with the date. Unsigned copies are rejected at the college counter.
  • Download the final allotment letter only after completing fee payment and document verification — the OJEE portal enables the download only after both steps are cleared.
  • Physical reporting deadline is strict. Students who do not report to their college by August 7, 2026 (by 5:00 PM) will have their allotment cancelled and the seat will be filled through institute-level admission.
  • PwD students must attend the Medical Board at SCB Medical College, Cuttack as per the OJEE-announced schedule before reporting to their allotted college.
  • OL and ES students must monitor ojee.nic.in regularly for notifications about the Odia Language test and Rajya Sainik Board schedules respectively.

OJEE 2026 Round 2 College Reporting FAQs

Ques. What is the deadline for online document upload in OJEE 2026 Round 2?

Ans. Newly allotted students in OJEE 2026 Round 2 must complete online reporting — including document upload, Part Admission cum Seat Confirmation Fee payment and Freeze or Float selection — by July 19, 2026 (5:00 PM). Missing this deadline results in cancellation of the Round 2 allotment.

Ques. Do I need to physically visit the college immediately after OJEE 2026 Round 2 allotment?

Ans. No. After Round 2 allotment, students only complete online reporting by July 19, 2026. Physical college reporting happens after the final allotment and must be completed between August 3-7, 2026. Students who choose Float in Round 2 go to Round 3 allotment and do not visit a college yet.

Ques. What happens if my uploaded document is rejected during OJEE 2026 Round 2 online verification?

Ans. If an uploaded document has an issue, the OJEE verification team will raise a query. You must respond with the corrected or clearer document by July 27, 2026 (5:00 PM), which is the last date to respond to Round 2 verification queries.

Ques. How many xerox copies of each document should I carry for OJEE 2026 physical college reporting?

Ans. Carry at least 2 self-attested xerox copies of each document for physical reporting. Colleges retain one copy for admission records. Keeping 3 copies as a buffer is recommended to cover any additional institution-level requirements.

Ques. Is the Transfer Certificate submitted permanently during OJEE 2026 college reporting?

Ans. Yes. The original Transfer Certificate is generally submitted permanently to the allotted college as part of admission formalities. Obtain your TC from your last attended institution well before the physical reporting date of August 3, 2026.

Ques. Can I use an expired OBC certificate for OJEE 2026 Round 2 document upload?

Ans. No. An expired OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate is not accepted at any stage — neither during online document verification nor at the time of physical college reporting. Obtain a fresh OBC NCL certificate valid for the current financial year from the competent authority before the July 15, 2026 reporting window opens.
