Documents for Online Upload During OJEE 2026 Round 2 Reporting

Online reporting for Round 2 runs from July 15 to July 19, 2026 (by 5:00 PM). During this window, newly allotted students must upload clearly scanned self-attested copies of the documents below, pay the Part Admission cum Seat Confirmation Fee and exercise the Freeze or Float option on the OJEE portal.

Upload files in the format and size specified on the OJEE 2026 counselling portal. Students who receive a query on uploaded documents must respond by July 27, 2026 (by 5:00 PM). Failure to respond within this window may lead to rejection of the allotment.

Documents for Physical College Reporting (August 3-7, 2026)

After the final allotment, students who completed online reporting and fee payment can download the final allotment letter and must physically visit their allotted college by August 7, 2026 (by 5:00 PM). Carry originals and self-attested xerox copies as listed below.

The original Transfer Certificate is generally submitted permanently to the allotted college. Originals of all other documents are verified at the counter and returned. Xerox copies are retained by the institution for their records.

Category-wise Additional Documents for OJEE 2026 College Reporting

Students claiming reserved category or special category seats must carry valid certificates in addition to the common documents listed above. Certificates must be issued by a competent authority as recognised by the Government of Odisha.

OBC students must ensure their Non-Creamy Layer certificate is valid for the current financial year. Certificates issued for a previous year will be rejected during online verification and at the time of physical college reporting.

Important Instructions for OJEE 2026 Round 2 Reporting

Keep the following points in mind to avoid losing your OJEE 2026 Round 2 allotted seat.

• Online reporting is mandatory by July 19, 2026 (5:00 PM). Students who do not upload documents and pay the fee within this window forfeit their Round 2 allotment.
• Float vs. Freeze: Choosing Float means you continue to Round 3 for a potentially better seat and do not need to report to a college after Round 2. Choosing Freeze confirms your current allotment and requires physical college reporting in August.
• Self-attestation is mandatory on every xerox copy — sign each copy and write "Self-Attested" with the date. Unsigned copies are rejected at the college counter.
• Download the final allotment letter only after completing fee payment and document verification — the OJEE portal enables the download only after both steps are cleared.
• Physical reporting deadline is strict. Students who do not report to their college by August 7, 2026 (by 5:00 PM) will have their allotment cancelled and the seat will be filled through institute-level admission.
• PwD students must attend the Medical Board at SCB Medical College, Cuttack as per the OJEE-announced schedule before reporting to their allotted college.
• OL and ES students must monitor ojee.nic.in regularly for notifications about the Odia Language test and Rajya Sainik Board schedules respectively.
