The seat acceptance fee, officially called the Part Admission Fee, differs by category. General and SEBC students pay Rs 10,000 and SC, ST and PH students pay Rs 5,000. This fee is paid online during the Round 2 reporting window and is separate from the full admission fee paid at physical reporting.

Students who wish to explore better options in Round 3 can choose Float during reporting. The Part Admission Fee is refundable only if a student formally withdraws before the withdrawal deadline of July 27, 2026.

  • Students choosing Float remain eligible for a better seat in Round 3 and the Part Admission Fee carries forward automatically.
  • Students choosing Freeze confirm their Round 2 seat and are not eligible for further allotment upgrades.
  • Students who withdraw before July 27, 2026 are eligible for a refund of the Part Admission Fee under the OJEE 2026 refund policy.
