Category-Wise Documents for UCEED 2026 (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD)

Students admitted under reserved categories must carry their certificate in the official appendix format from the UCEED 2026 Information Brochure. Certificates not in the prescribed format will not be accepted during verification.

OBC-NCL certificates must explicitly state that you belong to the non-creamy layer. For NIOS students, carry your NIOS Certificate and I-Card certified by the nearest NIOS office.

How Document Verification Works at the Institute

UCEED 2026 admission is provisional until document verification is complete at the allotted institute. Here is what happens step by step after fee payment.

1. Pay seat acceptance fee by July 13, 2026, 6:00 PM through the UCEED candidate portal.
2. Download your Provisional Allotment Letter from candidate login immediately after payment.
3. Report to the institute on the joining date communicated by your allotted institute, with all original documents.
4. Document verification — institute staff cross-check your originals against the digital copies you uploaded during the BDes application window.
5. Admission confirmation — once all documents are verified and formalities completed, your admission is confirmed and the seat acceptance fee is adjusted against institute fees.

If any discrepancy is found between your uploaded documents and the originals, the institute may cancel your admission. Ensure the originals you carry match exactly what you uploaded to the portal.

UCEED 2026 Seat Acceptance Fee Details

The seat acceptance fee is paid online through the UCEED portal after your seat is allotted. It is refundable through the Round IV withdrawal deadline (July 6, 2026, 6:00 PM) and is adjusted against your institute fees at joining.
