    UCEED Application Form 2020 is available since October 9, 2019. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before taking part in the registration process. If the admission authority finds any candidate to be ineligible according to the terms and conditions, the registration of the candidate will get cancelled. Last day to fill UCEED Application Form with late fees has been extended till November 20, 2019.

    • Candidates who wish to appear for UCEED 2020 must fill the online application form.
    • After registration, candidates cannot withdraw their UCEED 2020 application.
    • UCEED Application Form 2020 available only in the online mode.
    • Application fee for the exam is INR 1500 for SC, ST, PwD, Female candidates and INR 3000 for General and other category candidates.
    • UCEED Admit Card will be available from January 1, 2020.

    UCEED 2020 Eligibility

    Candidates must fulfill the essential UCEED Eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. Candidates who do not possess the minimum eligibility qualification should not fill the UCEED application form 2020. Their application form will be rejected in case they have filled the form despite being ineligible. The eligibility criteria to appear for UCEED 2020 is as follows:

    • Nationality: Both Indians and foreign nationals can appear for UCEED 2020.
    • Age: Candidates who belong to General/OBC-NCL categories should have been born on or after October 1, 1995. Candidates who belong to SC/ST/PwD categories should have been born on or after October 1, 1990.
    • Attempts: Candidates can appear for UCEED examination for a maximum of 2 consecutive years.
    • Qualifying examination: Candidates should have passed the 12th class examination in 2019 or should be appearing for the examination in 2020. Candidates who have passed the 12th class examination in 2016 are not eligible to apply.
    • Stream: Candidates can pass their 12th class examination in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science, Humanities).
    • Board: Candidates should have passed 12th class examination from a recognized board or university.

    Applicants are advised to check if they are eligible for appearing in UCEED 2020 before they fill the application form.


    How to Fill UCEED 2020 Application Form?

    There are three basic steps for filling the UCEED application form 2020. Candidates should be careful while filling the application form so that it doesn’t get rejected. Candidates are advised to follow the steps below to successfully apply for the examination:

    Step 1: UCEED Registration process

    • Candidates should first register themselves online in order to apply for UCEED 2020.
    • Click the appropriate link that is available on the official website of the authority conducting UCEED 
    • Candidates have to enter their email address and mobile number during the time of registration.
    • A validation link will be sent to the registered email ID of candidates after the registration process is complete.
    • The password will be sent to the phone number of candidates. The password will be required to log in.
    • Candidates are advised to not delete the email validation link as it might be needed for future references.
    • Candidates should note down their application ID and password for further login. Candidates must ensure that all the information stated such as email ID, phone number, etc. are genuine.

    Step 2: Filling UCEED application form

    • Candidates should carefully fill the necessary details that are asked on the application form.
    • They should start filling the online application form by entering their personal details.
    • Candidates should then upload photograph, signature, eligibility certificate and other important documents.
    • Before clicking on “Pay fee” and submitting the application form, candidates must use the preview button to verify all the details given by them. They cannot make any sort of changes once they have submitted the application form.
    • After successful payment of the application fee, the application process will be complete.

    Step 3: Payment of UCEED application fee

    • Candidates should click on “Pay fee & submit” button after filling all the required details in the application form.
    • Candidates will be redirected to the payment gateway after clicking the link.
    • Payment of the application fee can be done by using debit card, credit card or internet banking.
    • Candidates will receive a confirmation after the successful payment of the application fee. They are advised to keep a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

    Candidates should carefully fill all the details that are asked in the UCEED application form 2020. The application form is divided into many sections. They are as follows:

    Personal Details

    The personal details that candidates need to fill are as follows:

    • Enter your name
    • Enter Father’s/Guardian’s/Husband’s name
    • Enter the right gender
    • Enter your nationality
    • Select your category
    • If you belong to any of the reserved categories, you have to fill additional details such as Tribe/Caste name.
    • If you are a person with a disability, you have to fill additional details such as the category of disability and disability percentage.
    • Enter your communication address
    • Provide alternate mobile number and email address if available

    Academic Details

    Candidates also need to enter their academic details in the application form.

    • Details of 10th class examination (Compulsory)
    • Details of 12th class examination (Compulsory)
    • Other professional degrees (If any)

    Candidates need to enter the aggregate marks of 10th class examination and 12th class examination in percentage, total marks obtained, maximum marks, board name and the year of pass out. Certificates of the 12th class examination should be provided if candidates have appeared on 2019.

    Essential Documents

    Candidates have to upload certain documents while filling the application form. The list of essential documents is as follows:

    • Photograph
    • Signature
    • SC/ST/OBC-NCL certificate
    • PwD/DA certificate
    • Certificate of qualifying examination

    The certificates should be self-attested.


    UCEED 2020 Application Form Correction

    Candidates are allowed to correct the UCEED application form 2020 till the payment is not done. Once candidates have paid the application fee, they cannot make any corrections in the form. The process for form correction is given below:

    • Visit the official website
    • Click on “existing user”
    • Login by entering your login id and password
    • Navigate through the various sections in the form and verify the details you have entered
    • Change any details that are incomplete or incorrect
    • Click on “save”

    Candidates should verify the details they have furnished in the form before making the payment.

    Ans. No. Changes in the application form will not be entertained after payment of the application fee.

    Answer: No.
