- Counselling rounds: Five rounds (Rounds I–V); Round V is the final vacant-seat round with no further upgrade or withdrawal option
- Seat acceptance fee: ₹60,000 for General/EWS/OBC-NCL students; ₹15,000 for SC/ST/PwD students — paid once, even if the seat upgrades under Float
- Application processing fee: ₹4,000 (non-refundable), paid at the time of counselling registration
- After Round V concludes, students with confirmed seats must report physically to their allotted institute for document verification and admission formalities
