- Fee hike is a very tough situation for college students, college students are facing a difficult situation so change them.

Placement Experience:
There is a placement cell that gets the best placements and internships. The average placement package is 9 lakhs per annum, up to 30 lakhs per annum. Every year, multiple companies come to the college for campus placements; students get them in their 5th semester.

- It gave exposure to my studies. The campus was large and it offer wide varieties of plant species for studies.
- Students studying there are from different parts of the county and they bring their culture helped me to increase my knowledge.
- Got lot of opportunities to meet famous personalities and did lot of internships with highly qualified professionals.
Dislikes
- Canteens inside the campus are but expensive.
- There is nothing like college sports day... But department matches can be operated once we get permission from our TIC.. but a term called sports day was not there.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is not excellent. The method of studying is only theoretical and laboratorial. When I joined this college my expectations of studying Botany was like in old age time... where we learn about a plant by seeing it and knowing it... But it is not always practical. But within the limitations the college offered excellent exposure.

- Infrastructure is good good classrooms ,library, ground, lawns are well kept etc
- Auditorium and programs will be a good experience for you as they are top notch
- The availability of secure well protected natural green campus will get you to love it even if you don't attend classes
Dislikes
- scheduling : the schedule is kinda bad the timings are not right the coordination of classes have some upright flaws etc
- Some departments are good some are average in conducting classes biased teachers all that good college drama
- Will have to say about the office working the people are entitled they think they own it probably want you to treat em like ministers etc but the more dedicated you are the more you try and you get
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum of DU as everyone knows is old it's High time it gets updated .
But,
It's good the concepts are through and proof .
Mostly the exams are conducted on time and the results are also on time the valuation procedure I feel is a little behind the mark .
The teaching could however improve in a lot of ways the lack of good talent atleast in some areas are pretty visible

- Various societies to take part in and grow with, good infrastructure in the DU circle, Functions and programs are conducted in ample amounts, good democratic election system.
- Very holistic environment as it’s a co-ed college
- Good peers and competition as they are amongst the best in the nation
Dislikes
- The DUSU influence in the college and the delinquency of certain groups
- Infrastructure is almost the best in DU colleges but still it’s lacking like library don’t have wifi, some classrooms don’t have AC
- A lot of hassle is there for attendance especially in this college and it’s getting strict everyday
Placement Experience:
From 5th semester students become eligible for college placements. Some companies that have visited as of now are Bain, Goldman sacs, NAMO, Deloitte etc and students have gotten pretty good offers as well. Although the percentage of students getting the placements are obviously low as it is primarily a social science college. I plan on going for masters in international relations after my graduation

- Infrastructure - It has probably the best infra in Delhi University with red brick corridors to biggest sports complex of DU.
- Library - College has very big library. It has numerous books including all subjects.
- Research facilities - Apart from University syllabus, Teachers were involved in some research projects.
Dislikes
- The Schedule is very hectic. They don't even give time for lunch.
- Hostel was under construction. We could not live our hostel Life.
Placement Experience:
There are not very much placements in the college.But Some courses like Statistics and Commerce students get some good placements. The students from Sem 6 are eligible for the placements.
About other things like packages and all, I am not aware of those things.
My plans:- I am going to write CSIR NET and GATE and go for PHD in nano catalysis and energy storage.

- 1. There are many things Which i like about hindu college . It includes like thr crowd , the exposure , the collegues we got there is outstanding. All are so talented and came from so diverse area. All are very focussed towards their goals .
- 2. Teaching facility is top notch. Infrastructure is so good without any brokerage. Syllabus is always completed on time with regular internal assesment and test. There is also a placement cell which provides placement also.
- 3. The hygiene and clealiness is also very good. You will see the campus clean every day. The labs and classrooms are well established and cleaned.
Dislikes
- Personally as far as my experience there is nothing which is not good there.
- Sorry but nothing bad there in hindu college.
- Soory but nothing bad there in hindu college.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The dynamism in this course is very fascinating . You will learn so mucg things here about every branch of the chemistry . You will learn about how things operate and the things which we learn there are we applied in lab class which is the best part.

- Thing that I liked , According to NIRF 2024 Hindu College is All India Rank 1 college . The Architecture of Hindu College is very fantastic based on classical Architecture , It has a vast campus area of 25 Acre which include several buildings.
- College has varieties of amenities and infrastructure include Library ,halls, auditoriums, lawns, garden, nursery, counselling cell, sports complex, playgrounds, gym, labs , museum, amphitheatre, corridors ,research centre ,open learning center, bank
- social culture is very diverse in college because from all India and many foreign student came here for studies .in college there are many different student societies which help students to achieve their goals , regular seminars organized by college
Dislikes
- jio network is not available in college.
- Hindi medium students face difficulty because here most of the study material available in English medium only
- Air conditioner is not available in every class only old building classes have AC.

Placement Experience:
placement of a student depends on what kind of course he/she opted if someone opted courses like B.com, Economics hon., or BBA have a great chance of placement and getting excellent packages. I opted for History Hon. in this course placement chances are very low because most BA students opt their course because it helps them in preparing government exams like Civil services and PCS etc.
students after the 5th semester are eligible for their college placements, the highest package of my college was 36.50 LPA and the average package is 10.50 LPA.
JSW,HCL, KPMG, and AON were the top companies that visited last year
around 30%of College courses offer placement
I will prepare for the CSE exam after getting my degree.

- Hindu College has very strict policy related to ragging and personally I haven't come across any ragging. It would not be wrong to say that it's a no ragging sone but if anyone feels uncomfortable the vigilance cell takes appropriate action
- There are over 50 societies and even more initiatives to take part in to cultivate extra curricular skills and real life skills in students and providing exposure.
- The campus is large and has all necessary facilities. It is also green and beautiful
Dislikes
- Classes in the old block do not have air conditioners
Placement Experience:
Students from 3rd yearare eligible for campus placements.
The rationof students getting placed is rather low for BSc Zoology Hons.
My plan after getting the degree is to appear for Indian Forest Services Exam.

- College was having ragging free environment
- Best college in DU as it was getting good nirf ranking
- The environment was very good around the students

- There was classification between arts and science background
- It was not upto the mark in getting scholarships for students
- I was not getting any help regarding scholarships
Course Curriculum Overview:
There wad quite good relevancy what was being taught by professor , not just for exams only but for real life as well. There should be internships and placements that need to work upon.
But I could say overall it was good

- The college experience was awesome. There were so many extra curricular activities. It provides a stage to the students to get together with the students from different regions even the foreigners.
- Infrastructure was good. We were having 2 auditoriums 2 canteens and a big playground.
- The faculty was highly qualified. They help the students so much.
Dislikes
- During summer it became so hard to be in class since there was no AC and the fans were very less in numbers.
- The buildings were so old. Since it was established in 1899.
Placement Experience:
There were not much placements. The highest package was about 20 lakh per annum. About 5 percent of students get placement there. Many of them don't participate in it like me. I am going to prepare for govt exams after my degree.
