Bachelor of Arts in Textile Design is an undergraduate course which seeks to implant a creative edge through its diversified area of work. It deals with creating a dimensional approach towards pattern in clothing, incorporation of textiles, designing variety of products from home furnishing to office furnishing. Textile Design forms the core of the fashion industry. Any fashion starting from home to specific industry is based on textile design. Universities like Banasthali University, Rajasthan take admission to the program through a cut off. Students who score the cut off percentage in their 10+2 examination are eligible for admission.
