AIBE 2018 Application Form

Bar Council of India conducts AIBE XI 2018. Candidates can get themselves registered at official website of AIBE. AIBE XI 2018 official notification will be released in January 2018. Along with notification, application form dates will also be released. AIBE XI 2018 application fee can be paid through SBI challan. Candidates are required to check AIBE XI 2018 Eligibility Criteria before applying for the exam.

  • AIBE XI 2018 Application Form will be available through both the online and offline modes. Both the Application forms will be available from January 2018.
  • For obtaining the application form, General and OBC category students have to submit the application fees of amount INR 3500 and INR 2500 must be submitted by SC/ST candidates as application fees.
  • Students can pay the application fees only through SBI challan.
  • Students are advised to download and carefully check all the details mentioned on the application form before submitting it.
  • Once the application fees are submitted cannot be refunded back.

AIBE XI 2018 exam would be conducted by Bar Council of India. BCI conducts the AIBE exam on annual basis, generally in the month of March. AIBE XI 2018 exam pattern would be an objective based. AIBE XI test is organized for applicants those have cleared the Law degree and wish to get the managing body to practice. With the help of this test, BCI judges the lawyer’s capabilities to practice in the profession of law in India. The AIBE will assess skills at a basic level, and is intended to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law; it addresses a candidate’s analytical abilities and understanding basic knowledge of law

AIBE XI 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Students are advised to check AIBE XI 2018 Eligibility Criteria before start filling online application form. If student’s eligibility criteria did not match then their application form will be rejected and their candidature will be cancelled. Following is the detailed explanation of AIBE XI Application Form:

  • Students should be an Indian National
  • Applicants either have passed 3 years or 5 years LLB degree from a BCI recognized law school
  • In order to appear for the AIBE, law graduates must be enrolled with respective State Bar Council. Students must possess an advocate enrolment card issued by State Bar Council.
  • There is no age limit to appear for the All India Bar Council.
  • Students can appear for the examination any number of times

How to Fill AIBE XI 2018 Application Form

Students are advised to carefully fill the application form as per the Bar Council of India Guidelines. They are instructed to check all the details after filling the application form. AIBE XI examination is going to be held in the 4th week of March 2018. Those applicants who want to appear for the examination need to register themselves before applying online.

By following below steps, students can successfully fill and submit the application form:

Step 1 – Registration

  • Students can obtain the application form through both the online and offline mode.
  • After obtaining the application form, students are advised to enter the details such as student’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, address, educational qualification details and much more.
  • Last date for submitting the filled in online and offline application form will be the 1st week of March 2018.
  • After entering the details and clicking on the save button a Registration number and Password is generated and will be sent to the candidates’ Mobile no. and Email ID.

Step 2: Application Fees Submission

  • For obtaining the application form, students have to pay the application fees.
  • General and OBC category candidates are required to pay the application fees of amount INR 3500
  • SC/ ST category candidates have to pay the application fees of amount INR 2500 including INR 60 (bank transaction charges).
  • Application fees can only be deposited through bank challan of SBI. No other payment mode will be accepted. Students can make the payment after 24 hours of registration.

Step 3: Required Documents

At the time of Registering for AIBE 2018, students need to upload the following list of documents along with the application form. Documents should be attested by Notary or Gazetted Officer. If any document uploaded without attestation then it will be rejected.

  2. Enrolment Certificate
  3. Scanned Photograph and Signature
  4. Category Certificate (if applicable)
  5. Disability certificate (if applicable)

Step 4: Application Form Submission

  • Students are instructed not to send hard copy of filled in the application form or anyother document at the Bar Council of India.
  • They are supposed to upload the filled in application form along with the above-mentioned documents on the official portal of AIBE.
  • Then download and take the printout of application form for future reference.
