Section-Wise Preparation Tips as per AU PGAT Exam Pattern 2027

Section A Since General Knowledge & Current Affairs carries the highest weightage within this section, make daily newspaper reading and a monthly current affairs digest a non-negotiable habit. Logical Reasoning and English Comprehension are scoring too; Consistent practice will help you grasp the patterns and recollect them on your exam day.
Section B This is where 67% of your total marks come from, so it deserves the majority of your study hours and needs to be focused on throughout your preparation. Go through your final-year undergraduate syllabus for your chosen subject topic by topic.Past-year question papers (where available) are especially useful here to gauge the actual difficulty level and question style for your subject.
LLB aspirants Since all three parts (Language, GK, Legal Aptitude) carry equal weight, avoid over-investing in just one; a candidate strong in GK but weak in Legal Aptitude will still lose out on 100 marks worth of the paper.
