CET Delhi 2021 is expected to be scheduled in the 4th week of May, 2021. CET Delhi Application Process will tentatively start from the 3rd week of March, 2021. CET Delhi is conducted every year for admission to various diploma courses in polytechnic (engineering & non-engineering) offered by several institutes/colleges across Delhi. Eligibility Criteria 2021

CET Delhi 2021 Eligibility Criteria

DTTE conducts 5 different tests under CET for different programmes. Eligibility conditions for each course are different. Aspirants can check their CET Delhi eligibility criteria for the test for which they will be appearing. Only Indian / sponsored candidates will be eligible for admission. Detail of eligibility criteria is given below:

Test 1 Diploma courses (Engineering & Non-Engineering) Candidates should pass in class 10th or Metric or its equivalent exam from CBSE Board and secure 35% marks in aggregate in Mathematics, Science and English.
Test 2 Modern Office Practice (English) or one year certificate courses (Hospitality Operations, Retail Services and Finance Executive) in WCSC Candidates should pass in class 12th or its equivalent from CBSE Board with minimum 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST Category) in aggregate in best 3 subjects including English.
Test 3 Modern Office Practice (Hindi) Candidate should pass in class 12th or its equivalent from CBSE Board with minimum 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST Category) in aggregate in best 3 subjects including Hindi.
Test 4 Pharmacy or one year certificate course: Software Testing Assistant in WCSC Candidates need to pass class 12th or its equivalent test recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India from CBSE with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST Category) in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics or Biology.
Test 5 Lateral Entry Candidates should have cleared analogues 12th Vocational Engineering stream from CBSE or its equivalent with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. Or Candidate should have passed class 10th of its equivalent along with 2 years of ITI (Engineering) from it with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

Application Process

CET Delhi 2021 Application Process

The procedure of online registration will start tentatively in the 3rd week of March, 2021. Candidates should ensure that they are eligible before filling up the online application form. A separate form should be filled for each test (1, 2, 3, 4, 5). The application process for CET Delhi Polytechnic consists of the following steps:

  1. Visit the official website of CET.
  2. Search for the link of Delhi CET 2021.
  3. Read the information bulletin carefully and fill the form accordingly.
  4. Fill personal details, fee detail, guardian detail, educational qualification detail etc.
  5. Upload photo, signature, and left hand thumb impression on the application form.
  6. Click on submit after checking the filled form.
  7. Take a printout of the same for future reference.

CET Delhi Application fee

All the interested applicants have to pay INR 400/- as application fee and have to pay additional charges. The application fee can be paid through Credit/Debit card or Net Banking or through Challan in any branch of Corporation Bank of India. Candidates must remember that the fee will not be regressed.

Admit Card 2021

CET Delhi 2021 Admit Card

Candidates download their CET Delhi admit card by visiting the official website of CET Delhi Polytechnic. DTTE will not send a physical copy of the admit card through the post. The admit card will contain details like roll number, name of the candidate, exam center, exam date & day, etc. 

Candidates have to follow simple steps to download their CET Delhi 2021 Hall Ticket. The steps are as follows:

  1. Visit the official website.
  2. Click on the CET Delhi 2021 Admit Card link.
  3. Fill the ‘Application Number’ and ‘Password’ details in the required fields.
  4. Click on ‘Download’ and ‘Save’ the admit card.
  5. ‘Print’ the admit card and keep it for future reference.
Exam Pattern 2021

CET Delhi 2021 Exam Pattern

DTTE conducts 5 different tests under CET for different programmes. The exam consists of 150 objective type questions. For Pharmacy, there will be 210 questions, out of which students have to answer only 150 questions. The duration of the exam is 2 ½ hours. CET Delhi 2021 Result

The authorities will release CET Delhi 2021 Result tentatively in the 2nd week of June, 2021. You can check the results by entering the roll number and date of birth. In order to be eligible for admission, a general candidate must secure a minimum of 10 % marks, and reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/PH) must secure a minimum of 5% marks in CET 2021. The candidate belonging to reserved category, who qualifies on the basis of relaxation in cut off percentage, i.e. 5% will not be eligible for admission against general category seats.

The result of the CET Delhi 2021 will be displayed on the official website. Follow the procedure furnished below for obtaining your result:

  • Visit the official website of Delhi CET.
  • Click on the link “Delhi CET Result 2021”
  • Enter the required credentials i.e. Roll number and other necessary details.

CET Delhi 2021 Cut off 

After the CET Delhi 2021 Result declaration, cut off of Delhi Polytechnic 2021 will be made available in the online mode. Cutoff score is the minimum score that candidates have to obtain in order to pass the entrance exam & be eligible for admission. The cutoff list depends upon the difficulty level of the question paper, number of students appearing in the entrance exam, the number of students that have passed the exam & availability of seats.
