• Registration: CUEE 2027 registration is expected to open in November 2026. In 2026, CUTM opened applications in November 2025 with a standard application fee of ₹600.
• Phase 1 Exam: The first phase of CUEE 2027 is expected around December 30, 2026. CUTM holds exams on the 30th of each month — the same monthly-30 pattern ran through all 9 phases of CUEE 2026.
• Counselling: CUEE 2027 counselling is expected in 3 offline phases from mid-July to August 2027, across 7 centers including Bhubaneswar, Vizag, and Vijayawada. In 2026, Phase 1 counselling started in mid-July 2026.
• Result: Results for each CUEE phase are declared within 2–7 days of the exam. Your highest score across all phases you appear in is used for counselling merit ranking — there is no averaging across attempts.

What is CUEE 2027?

CUEE stands for Centurion University Entrance Examination. It is the official admission test conducted by Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM), a private deemed-to-be university established in 2010 and recognized under the UGC Act. CUTM operates campuses across Odisha and Andhra Pradesh and holds NAAC accreditation. The university is known for its skill-integrated curriculum, with 12 on-campus industrial production units where students get hands-on training alongside their degree program.

CUEE opens admission to more than 150 programs at CUTM campuses. These include B.Tech in 60+ specializations, M.Tech, BBA, MBA, MCA, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Voc, Law, Agriculture, Health Sciences, and Ph.D. programs. For students from Odisha and Andhra Pradesh who want engineering or management education closer to home, CUEE is a practical option alongside JEE Main, AP EAMCET, and OJEE — all three are also accepted at CUTM for B.Tech admissions.

One of the biggest advantages of CUEE is how often it runs. The exam is held up to 9 times a year — on the 30th of each month from December to August. You can appear in any or all phases, and your best score across all attempts is what counts for counselling. This is very different from JEE Main or OJEE, where you get one or two chances. A student who performs poorly in December can keep trying through August without losing their shot at admission.

The exam runs in online remote proctored mode. You take the test from home using a computer or laptop with a webcam, microphone, and a stable internet connection. For B.Tech, there are 180 MCQ questions covering Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry equally. Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and there is no negative marking — so you should always attempt all 180 questions.

The CUEE 2027 cycle is expected to begin in December 2026 and run through August 2027. CUTM is expected to release the official 2027 notification in October–November 2026. Until then, dates and details from the 2026 cycle serve as the best available reference.

CUTM follows a consistent monthly-30 calendar — Phase 1 in December, nine phases through August, with counselling in July–August. CUEE 2027 Eligibility Criteria

CUEE 2027 eligibility differs by program. Check the criteria for your target program carefully before applying. Below are the requirements for the most common programs.

For B.Tech Programs

• Must have passed Class 10+2 from a recognized board, or be appearing in the 2027 board exam.
• Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects in Class 12.
• General / OBC Category: Minimum 45% aggregate marks in Class 12.
• SC / ST Category: Minimum 40% aggregate marks in Class 12.
• Students appearing in 2027 board exams can apply provisionally. Final admission requires meeting the minimum marks after board results are declared.

For B.Tech Lateral Entry (Direct Second Year)

• Must hold a 3-year Diploma in Engineering from a recognized State Board of Technical Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks in the Diploma program.

For M.Tech Programs

• B.Tech or B.E. degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation (45% for SC/ST).
• A valid GATE score is preferred but not mandatory for CUEE-based M.Tech admissions at CUTM.

For MBA Programs

• Any bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university.
• Minimum 50% marks in graduation (45% for SC/ST).
• CUTM also accepts CAT, MAT, and XAT scores for MBA admission alongside CUEE.

For MCA Programs

• BCA or any bachelor’s degree with Mathematics as a subject at Class 12 or graduation level.

For Health Sciences Programs (B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm)

• Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board.

CUEE 2027 Application Process

The CUEE 2027 application form will be available online at cuee.cutm.ac.in and admissions.cutm.ac.in. The online process usually takes 15–20 minutes. You can also apply offline at any CUTM campus or admission center across Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.

How to Apply for CUEE 2027 Online — Step by Step

• Step 1: Visit cutm.ac.in and click on the "CUEE 2027 Registration" link when it is live.
• Step 2: Create your login account using your email ID and mobile number. You will get an OTP for verification.
• Step 3: Fill in your personal details — full name, date of birth, gender, address, and category.
• Step 4: Enter your academic details — Class 10 and 12 marks, subjects studied, school name, and board.
• Step 5: Select the exam phase(s) you want to appear for. You can register for multiple phases separately.
• Step 6: Upload your scanned passport-size photograph and signature as per the specifications on the form.
• Step 7: Pay the application fee of ₹600 online via UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking. The fee is non-refundable.

CUEE 2027 Application Fee

The CUEE application fee is ₹600 for all categories. CUTM sometimes offers a limited-period promotional rate of ₹299 at the very start of the cycle — this discount is not guaranteed every year. The fee must be paid online, and it is non-refundable under all circumstances.

The CUEE application fee is non-refundable. Even if you miss the exam on your registered phase date, the fee will not be returned. Register for a phase only when you are sure you can appear on that date.

The CUEE syllabus stays strictly within NCERT Class 11 and 12 — nothing extra is needed. If you have been preparing for JEE Main, AP EAMCET, or OJEE, the CUEE 2027 syllabus is already covered. The CUEE 2027 admit card will be released approximately 7 days before each exam phase. Since CUEE runs in 9 monthly phases, you get a separate admit card for each phase you register for. CUTM sends the admit card directly to your registered email address. You can also download it from the CUEE login portal at cuee.cutm.ac.in.

Colleges Accepting CUEE Score 2027

CUEE is a university-level exam accepted exclusively by campuses of Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM). CUTM has 7 campuses across Odisha and Andhra Pradesh, each offering a mix of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Seat and program availability vary by campus.

CUTM is a NAAC-accredited university. The Paralakhemundi main campus is the flagship — it hosts 12 on-campus production units in fields like food processing, textile manufacturing, and agri-produce. Students work in these functioning units as a structured part of their curriculum, gaining applied industry skills alongside their degree. CUTM’s placement partners include Tata, Infosys, Yamaha, Hyundai Motors, Flipkart, Godrej, Volvo Eicher, and Birlasoft.

For B.Tech at Andhra Pradesh campuses, candidates can also qualify through AP EAMCET in addition to CUEE. Odisha campuses accept OJEE and JEE Main scores alongside CUEE.

CUEE 2027 Preparation Tips

Preparing for CUEE 2027 follows the same base as JEE Main or Class 12 board preparation — the syllabus is identical. But two structural differences in CUEE change your strategy: no negative marking, and up to 9 attempts. Here are practical tips to make the most of both advantages.

• Build everything on NCERT: The CUEE 2027 syllabus is 100% NCERT Class 11 and 12. Read every chapter, solve every NCERT example and exercise, and understand every concept before picking up any reference book. CUEE questions are directly framed from NCERT ideas.
• Focus hard on Mathematics — it has the highest scoring ceiling: With 60 questions from Maths, a strong performance here compensates for a weaker session in Chemistry or Physics. Prioritize Calculus, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, and Probability — these topics contribute the most questions in every sitting.
• Attempt every single question: No negative marking means a blank is always worse than a guess. Eliminate the two or three clearly wrong options on any uncertain question and pick the best remaining choice — you have a 33–50% chance of scoring that mark.
• Start from Phase 1 (expected December 2026) even if not fully ready: Appearing early gives you real-exam experience and a base score. You still have 8 more phases to improve. Waiting until Phase 6 to "be fully ready" wastes the retry advantage CUEE is built around.
• Cover Class 11 equally with Class 12: Many students over-focus on Class 12. CUEE draws heavily from Class 11 — Mechanics, Organic Chemistry basics, Algebra, and Coordinate Geometry all have strong Class 11 roots. Never skip Class 11 topics.
• Practice timed MCQ tests: With 180 questions in 180 minutes, you have exactly 1 minute per question. Get comfortable with this pace through regular timed practice. Take at least 5 full-length mock tests before your first phase attempt.
• Maintain a formula sheet and reaction card: For Maths and Physics, keep a one-page formula sheet per major topic. For Chemistry, maintain flashcards for organic reaction mechanisms and periodic table trends. Review these every 3–4 days throughout your preparation.
• Test your tech setup 2 days before each phase: CUEE is remote proctored. A slow internet connection, a blocked browser, or a broken webcam can waste a phase attempt. Run a full technical check — internet speed test, webcam test, browser compatibility check — two days before each sitting you are registered for.
• Use inter-phase gaps strategically: After each phase result, look at which subject pulled your score down. Use the 30-day gap before the next phase to work specifically on those weak topics — don’t just revise what you already know well.
• Align board prep and CUEE prep: If you are a Class 12 student appearing in the 2027 board exam, the CUEE and board syllabi are the same NCERT content. Treating them as one preparation track — not two — saves time and reduces stress in the months when both demand attention.
