FMGE 2026 is 300 questions split into two 150-question sessions of 2.5 hours each - Session 1 covers pre-clinical and para-clinical subjects (100 questions) and Session 2 covers clinical subjects (200 questions). Passing mark is 150 out of 300 with no sectional cutoff.
