INI CET Syllabus 2027 is based on the complete MBBS curriculum as prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC). AIIMS New Delhi conducts INI CET on behalf of all Institutes of National Importance (INIs). The official 2027 Information Bulletin — which contains the full syllabus — is expected at aiimsexams.ac.in in early 2027.

  • The INI CET 2027 syllabus covers 19 subjects across pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical disciplines.
  • The exam has 200 MCQs in 3 hours, with –1/3 negative marking per wrong answer.
  • Clinical subjects carry the highest collective weightage — approximately 60–65% of the paper.
  • General Medicine is the single highest-weighted subject at around 14–15% of total questions.
  • The syllabus is expected to remain unchanged for 2027 — no revision has been announced by AIIMS New Delhi.
